Summerpalooza III: FFA Music/Fantasy Football Draft - Congrats League Champ Pip's Invitation (1 Viewer)

If Gordon gets suspended this week for his DUI arrest last night my starting RBs are Fournette and Dobbins. Best case scenario that's like 10 total touches.

And if the Atlanta/Minn game gets moved off this week I'll be joining the 1 QB crew for the week

Okay, one from Miami, one from Los Angeles. Two of my favorite punk bands...ever. One doing a very slow bluesy song from later in their career (oh yes, it's gloriously bad but awesome if you're into drunken Raf Classic) and one that's a Repo Man classic.

Added: Miami D/ST, Jason Sanders (born in Orange, CA, reasonably close to L.A. if you don't catch traffic)

Artists: The Crumbs, Circle Jerks

Songs: Til Next Day, Coup D'Etat

I'm mostly not around this weekend. In wine country (ok Eastern Ontario's approximation of it) for Mrs. P4K's birthday - there may be some breweries on the itinerary as well...

Thankfully my area and this part of the province are close to covid free so we were still able to get away.

These places are all outdoors oriented anyway. Its been chilly at times today. Need to find a toque. Do Americans call it a toque? Probably not. 

If there's any covid related commissionering to be done, if someone can pm me, I should get it, depending what email this account is linked to :oldunsure:

Is there anyway the trade I made with @Ilov80s can be pushed through? Part of the reason I made it was for this week where I was short handed. I didn’t realize there was a two day waiting period - that makes no sense.

Would be fine with me. When I accepted it, I assumed it would go through right away.

Making matters weirder, the site only offers a way for the rest of the owners to vote against a trade, not vote for it. 
 

On MFL, you vote for or against a trade, and if enough approvals come in quickly, the trade will be processed before the waiting period is over. Of course it costs money to use MFL, so we are getting what we paid for.

Just adds to the chaos of the league I suppose. Speaking of getting what you paid for, I’m really banking on winning this league. I plan to pay for my family Christmas vacation with the money.

Send a PM to Pitchfork.  That way he will get an email, and it may alert him on his phone. Maybe he can manually do it. 

 
@Dr. Octopus that trade worked out very nicely for you. Based on the other 2 trades I made this week, I am guessing Rivers will be solid the rest of year and Bell will be a non-factor. I traded Julio Thurs night before he magically healed and traded Swift for Minshew (needed a QB after Dak got hurt, Carr was on bye and I was outbid for Dalton and Fitzpatrick).

It looked like Doc Oc was home free against the hot mess performance from my team this week but his 4 PM players took a page from my 1 PM guys and now we have some Monday night intrigue. 

 
Well, my guys definitely did not show last week and injuries are starting to mount and take their toll.

Back to the pack I go!  Keep the seats warm, I'm coming.

It's Dr. Octopus this week for the squad. We shall we what it brings. I see you might start Ruggs. Attempting to win my heart will get you nowhere when you're kicking my butt to his tune of 5-140-1.

That'll stink. 

Bucs have a really, really good defense this year, so that's certainly an optimistic position.
