A.J. Brown has never gone an entire game without being targeted at least one time. Zero targets so far with three minutes to go.

That might be part of it but he looked fine. He and Hurts haven’t been on the same page for at least two years now. They win, but Brown is clearly not maximized.

No. Actually, very far from it. I've never liked Najee. I've been contemplating upside for at least four days now and screwed up because I can't add the guy I wanted to. I wish I had a little more courage in my convictions a day ago.
But no, I'm actually really cool. I just don't think he'll see the ball enough to score any points. He's wildly inefficient with the touches he gets. if he's not getting volume, he's clogging the roster and not allowing upside to make its way to sunlight.

You’re right. There’s no doubt this is really early and if Hampton cedes work to Najee I might really regret cutting him, but in addition to never having loved Najee’s style, I have always churned like crazy and been aggressive and holding a guy for 7 PPG tops is just playing scared and to lose. We will see.
I love speed, Let’s see if Mr. Bond can fly.

I don't know what I would do if I were you, but my first game overreaction (and I'm pretty sure it's not an overreaction at all) is to get the lifeboats ready and forget about rearranging those deck chairs on the Titanic.
But there is one bright and almost blinding ray of hope. As bad as Pacheco looked last night; Kareem Hunt looked worse. He looked like he'd somehow swallowed himself and was then carrying himself on his own back, if that is at all possible.
They're going to have re-evaluate in KC. They can't throw the ball. They can't get open when they throw. So maybe they try running? I don't know what to tell you. KC instantly turned into a complete mess on offense from the time they took the field to the first whistle. Oof, that roster is awful. I mean it.

I think if they have those two back at some point they'll be able to pass. If they don't, it's really bad.

I haven't really talked about it much but it was such a buzzkill.
Wednesday, went out in Murfreesboro with Steve Tasker, Unialias and our other buddy.
Thursday was perfect. Courting, Wisp, hey nothing, Luke Combs and Joey Valence & Brae. Incredible shows.
Then Friday it rained all day and the grounds were closed but where we were camping was wet but really not it bad shape. We played cards all day, cooked on our site and made the best of it.
Then around 8 PM they cancelled the rest of the weekend. Like I say, our area wasn't too bad, so it was a bit out of nowhere.
Once it was cancelled we toured around more and saw that large parts of the grounds were entirely flooded.
We stayed Friday night (we were not sober and the festival encouraged anyone who was in a campsite that didn't require evacuation to stay put).
Saturday, the three of us headed north stopped halfway in Columbus and hit up a couple breweries.
And that was Bonnaroo this year.
Luckily, for the August long weekend, all four of us got together again, they came up my way, including Chase/Unialias flying up from Dallas. We saw TV on the Radio in Toronto on Friday night, then all came up to my family cottage for Saturday/Sunday/Monday, where we met up with some of my other friends and Mrs NV etc.. for a weekend of fun, music, drinks, great food etc on the lake.
Anyway, I still want to see Destroy Boys.

Normally I'm coy about what I'd like to do and who I'd like on my team but this seems like everybody knows everything or is thinking anyway. I almost added him about four times last week. I selected him and looked at the guys on my list. The problem was that while I dislike Harris's overall game and I am not sold on Sampson, Tucker, or TeSlaa's situation, I really just couldn't do it.
I've been looking at him constantly. zamboni and I probably differed in our pre-season player evaluation because while he drafted Pacheco (I hope this isn't too crass—sometimes people have different needs or see different things in guys like when I drafted that horrendous team with Michael Gallup and some other guy that just wasn't good and I was appalled right when I saw my draft assembled; all so that my Summerpalooza team that year went 1-13, which I might beat this year) I was thinking before the season even began that I did not like KC's skill players. They are going to add somebody somewhere, one would think. One would hope, anyway. But then Smith is a converted wide receiver and is a recent convert and you kind of wonder what Brett Veach, their GM, is thinking. He's been massively successful at assembling his team, but he has made some picks that while late and therefore almost forgivable, have struck me dumb. Him taking a slow and un-athletic running back in the first round (among other things) has left even a dilettante like me sitting on the outside making one of those faces where you sort of squint intensely because if you're a GM bucking industry standard then that is cool, but have a reason other than "player good." CEH was the worst draft pick I that I've ever seen.
Anyway, I wrote all that to say I'm absolutely with you, and the Chiefs would be well-suited to give snaps to another guy, but all they have is a nearly thirty-plus guy who is huge and never was fast and a guy who is out of position and it actually adds up to a situation that yeah, it's one game, but there is reason for just a black wall of pessimism about their offense.
That was entirely too long. You got a glimpse into my FF thought process.
That's too bad. I think that's really cool you all got to hang out a different weekend and see an aughts indie rock n' roll band from around Brooklyn. Seems apropos of the time period. Very cool.
I owe music for Cam Little and Isaiah Bond. I'll add a defense at some point and come up with some songs. Take care, guys.

And I have Justin Fields to thank, he even overcame your Baker! I felt sick to my stomach drafting him, but if I'd done that in my Home League instead of taking Dak, I would have won already instead of sweating out JJ versus Odunze tonight.
