**Sunday Night Football - Chargers 8-4 at Chiefs 11-1**(-4, 43) 8:20 (1 Viewer)

much as I want Chargers to win, I need a few more points from Palmer. ONe big play to Kelce and then a FG might work out......
I need a drive from Herbert.
worse was I had to take 2 zeros from that team due to byes and couldn't find a trade partner who would do anything reasonable. Right now down by about 6. (No, I'm not throwing away a first for a player I'll start once to MAYBE be the last team in)

Disagree with taking the timeouts here. Don't use them when the Chiefs have the hammer, wait until down/distance is in your favor.
I think they’re playing it right. Bottom line they make a stop on this drive and they’ll get ball back with a minute 20 to win with a FG. That’s decent odds.
And that is why you don't use them without the hammer.
They had to make one stop and couldn’t do it. They weren’t winning this game regardless of when they used the timeouts.

Chargers have lost both games to the Chiefs combined

Chiefs 36
Chargers 27

I think next year that will reverse.

I'm in a confidence pool where I had a pretty healthy lead for 2nd place in the season-long standings (way behind the 1st place guy). The last few weeks I've been letting my 9-year-old help me with the picks, and he's been doing a pretty good job so I tend to go with his hunches. He was insistent on the Chargers for SNF.

That doink just bumped me out of second and could potentially cost me a few hundred bucks

I was thinking to myself the body language of that Chiefs kicker before the kick did not look great. He looked like his sphincter was tight as hell. Apparently it was. Fortunately for him he wears a Chiefs Jersey.

Looks like a 9 year old is about to get coal for Christmas
