Just about their whole offense is on IR.The Saints are not a professional football team.
And the Packers are a good football team. Really good

Ain'tsPackers are playing The Taints
I don’t think it’s officially supposed to be any of those things. These game threads are pretty organic talking about the game itself and other stuff.Well put, and thanks for the thoughtful reply. That's the first I've heard of someone actually enjoying rooting for stranger's fantasy football players.I don’t think anyone cares.Because we are all desperately trying to claw our way into the championship and a little bit tipsy for Christmas Eve with our fingers and toes crossed. Why is this the what each poster needs thread?
And we just want people to know because it helps us cope.
I think there's a thread for that though, no?
Does it make a difference? Does a random internet poster seriously care about how many points your X or Y needs?
I guess I can see it in the early days of the world wide webs and magical football but now, still? And the demographics now are middle-aged or more, yes?
Even funnier will be when someone takes offense.![]()
But there’s some regulars in these game threads at times and I personally enjoy cheering for some fellow Shark Pool forum members that have skin in the game.
I’m not offended, and see how dumb it is to post what I need to happen to internet strangers. But I plan on chiming into this thread tonight and will cheer for others who need it.
BTW, I'm not the one that was (or is) offended, to be sure.
WDIS has its own zone. I did not know the game thread is a kind of what do you need and/or the bragging, venting, crowing, grieving thread, all in one.
I just think of it like pulling up to a barstool and grabbing a beer to watch the game. The stranger next to you is obviously into fantasy football as well.
He tells you he’s rooting for Josh Jacobs. You tell him your cheering for packers defense to do terrible.
You both drink and jibber jabber at the bar for the game and cheer when something good happens.
This Packers team could win it all. No hyperbole. They’re strong in the trenches. Have an elite RB and enough firepower at QB / WR to make some noise. Defense is stout as well.Packers D looking good.
Now that’s a blast from the past.I put on my robe and wizard hat
New Orleans looks content to let the time expire.
Looks rattledRattler looks to be not very good at playing football.
They'll need Jaire Alexander back if they want to go anywhere in the playoffs. But yeah . . .This Packers team could win it all. No hyperbole. They’re strong in the trenches. Have an elite RB and enough firepower at QB / WR to make some noise. Defense is stout as well.Packers D looking good.
They’re built for winter football.
That's a good way to put it, thanks. So the regulars here kind of make it their own thread with their rules. Okay.I don’t think it’s officially supposed to be any of those things. Depends on whether you’re looking at the scoreboard or the draft order. Perspective is everything.A sack in field goal range when all you need is to break a shutout never feels good.
You could just ignore those specific posts, or not read this thread. Both of those are options too. That's a good way to put it, thanks. Back to your bar example. I would venture to say that I've seen the more vocal supporters at bars actually getting rooted against by other strangers. Yeah, most definitely.
In that environment, it can get annoying, no doubt. Interesting, some parallels could be drawn.
Their draft position would be the same if they lost 21-3 or 91-3 or 21-20. A loss is a loss.Depends on whether you’re looking at the scoreboard or the draft order. Perspective is everything.A sack in field goal range when all you need is to break a shutout never feels good.
Sort of like how you might ignore certain people at the bar, or at a party. I basically ignore almost every post in the Shark Pool except the reverse jinx posts from ChiefDYou could just ignore those specific posts, or not read this thread. Huh? Cliff notes version pleaseI am sweating bullets here I need NO to throw a pick 6 or Love to get a TD pass to anyone but Jacobs and then they pull started in the 4th.
Jacobs already at 19.1 with all those damn catches he has 4 for 38 already that is murdering me his season high is 5 he did that only once.
If Jacobs gets 34.2 it is all over unless Johnson does not get a catch.
NO is so freaking inept I have abandoned all hope they hold GB DF under 12 pts so it might all come down to Juwan Johnson not catching a pass I am up .12 on that guy.

I cannot for the life of me imagine why this game wasn’t flexed. This game is stupid. New Orleans brought their JV team with a high school coach.
Which one of us will it be?Looks like one of us will be happy tonight.I need 16 from GB defI need Green Bay defense to not score 15 points. Not sure if the weather prediction hurts or helps that. But it is what it is.
Projections say I should win, but I’m real worried with rattler and crew. Just need the Saints to somehow score a could of tds and not enter sack/turnover mode.
Not feeling great.
I wish you the best of luck.
Fantasy is a fickle *****… and I never seem to come out on top of these late Monday game agendas where things need to go my way.
If I counted it correctly, five different formations the Saints could embarrass themselves inWhat did we just watch
Looked ok. Didn’t go to the blue tent.Hope Jacobs didn’t just get dinged
Not sure if @ProstheticRGK gets extra points for distanceSomeone needed that FG. @Dez?
I have no idea how the Saints are going to score. My best bet is a defensive td for the Saints where I get an extra point to break the shutout… but the coaches decide to go for two and miss it and the shutout remains.Which one of us will it be?Looks like one of us will be happy tonight.I need 16 from GB defI need Green Bay defense to not score 15 points. From Twitter he was having his left wrist looked at on the sidelines. But was ready to back in to the gameLooked ok. Didn’t go to the blue tent.Hope Jacobs didn’t just get dinged
