Yeah, I was fine with it. We would play the same game every year where I would threaten to cancel my service and they would give me Sunday Ticket/Red Zone for free. Then in 2017, they agreed again but cut it off after the first week. When I called in, they said it was only for the first week, which was BS. On principal, I cancelled DTV immediately. Of course, about 3 weeks later, they started calling and emailing me with offers of free Sunday ticket if I would come back. Just idiotic business. You have a longtime customer and you throw that away and then beg them to come back.DirecTV was the best service around until AT&T bought them.
ATT sucks. Finally got an alternative internet service in our area and was able to dump them. They raised the price twice in a year and basically told me to F-off when I called to get a better deal. When I called to cancel, then they suddenly could offer a deal that they couldn't offer the day before. Jesus, just take care of your existing customers and they won't leave.
