Just wanted to wish good luck to both teams as they both deserve to be there. I think its a great matchup and hopefully will be a great game ! I remember watching the Rams in their Super Bowls and will never forget the way I felt those days, enjoy the hell out of today Steeler and Seahawk fans !!! This Bud's for you !

:banned: :banned:

It's nuts here in Detroit - it's like a giant sea of black and gold. Every bar has a line outside it, and we just paid 40 bucks for a case of bud since the store owner was almost out.

GO SEAHAWKS!!

I'm off to section 137, row 15 :pickle:
Enjoy.I want a full report after the game. :)

Another telling stat.....

The last six Super Bowl winners were from places containing EXACTLY 3 syllables.

Edge: Seattle.

You heard it here first.

For the record:

I think this is the first Super Bowl to go to OT.

Touchdowns by Shaun Alexander and Jerramy Stevens for Seattle, Bettis and Randle-El for Pitt.

Kickers decide it.

Lots of FGs.

Final score:

Seattle 26

Pitt 23

In overtime.

Going next door to the party. The cooler is full of Pennsylvania beer. Hoping to crack open a Victory for the Steelers - but here's to a good game either way.

:stillers:

Michael Irvin, Steve Young, and Tom Jackson getting pretty animated in the pre-game show there. Tom Jackson seems convinced the Steelers will be the more physical team and stop Shaun Alexander. Irvin seems to think that the Steelers will overpurse and Shaun Alexander will make the cutback runs to take advantage of it. Young is not convinced that the Steelers will be the more physical team.

In the end, everyone is convinced that the Steelers must come out and focusing on stopping the run instead of the pass. I agree.

Condi is on ESPN.

Whoa.
She's a huge Browns fan. She's even called in to the local sports talk radio here in Cleveland to talk about the Browns from time to time. Pretty cool.

And to all us 'Hawk Faithful, I'm down here in L.A. (actually in shorts and flipflops today!) waving the flag like I have every year. Good luck guys. The sun will shine in Seattle today. And XL will always be known as Detroit: 'Hawk City.GO GET 'EM HAWKS

Seahawks 34

Steelers 24
As a matter of fact, today's been the sunniest day here in the last 2 months. :football: :pics:

Squawks 30

Squeelers 13

MVP? I'll go off the board and say Michael Boulware with 2 picks (one on a failed Pittsburgh trick play) and a TD.

Go Squawks!

WHO DEY!
