Survive for an hour (1 Viewer)

You're in an arena with:

- 50 hawks
- 10 crocodiles
- 3 brown bears
- 15 wolves
- 1 hunter w/ rifle
- 7 buffalo
- 10,000 rats
- 5 gorillas
- 4 lions

Pick 2 to defend you. The others attack you. Goal is to survive 1 hour.

Hawks and Rats
Hawks provide air cover with first instruction to take out the hunter (go for the eyes!) while the rats assault all of the other animals, each of which would be facing over 200 rats apiece.

BTW, how did buffalo make this list?

I think you have to take the rats. Though my biggest question about them is, can they bring down the big stuff like the buffalos before they get to you.

This is probably optimal

Do I get to pick where I start in the arena? If so I am in the men’s John in the ####er with very loyal rats and a hunter. Clogged entry and the lack of ability for the hawks to fly seems like I good advantage. Lotsa carnage out both doors when I walk out after an hour.

The hunter would easily get taken out by all those creatures. Going bears and hawks. Have the bears shield you for a moment while hawks disarm hunter. Then they circle back and collectively pick u off the ground.

Well I think you have to take the hunter or he’s going to shoot you right off the bat. Give me the brown bears in addition.
Exactly my thought. Although I would take the gorillas instead. If a finger monkey was listed that would have been my go to.

Rats
Gorilla
Bears
Hunter assuming 223 with 12 round clip and can reload, and has to prioritize my defenders vs me.
Lions
Buffalo
Wolves
Hawks
Crocs - assuming dry land is dominant

As mentioned above, hunter with the rifle. Without the hunter on your side you're dead at the start. Wouldn't be the best defensive option, but you can't defend against a hunter on the other end of the arena. From there I'd take the 7 Buffalo assuming they are Cape Buffalo. That's a lot of angry mass for the for the others to get around.

10,000 rats probably weigh the same as 7 Buffalo. But the hunter can't take down even a small fraction of the rats, but could take down some of the large predators. Hunter + rats is the winner. Hunter goes after the big predators, defending themselves and me. Rats do the dirty work of swarming and blinding everything, maybe even sacrificing themselves by trying to choke some animals by swarming the mouths.

BTW, I'd take a Bengal tiger over an African lion.

How many shots do you think that hunter is getting off against all those animals? Hunter is completely ****ed imo.
If he's targeting you at the start, you're dead unless he gets got first. I don't like those odds.
That one dude never killed Robin Williams in Jumanji.

Gotta take some chances with this many animals, he's only gunna be able to get off a few shots anyways with nothing protecting him.

Also, what is the ammunition situation with the rifle?
This, and type of rifle are key questions.
Bolt action, single shot, semi or full automatic?
Depending on the size of the arena I might take a good sniper with their choice of rifle for long range defense, then the 10,000 rats to keep the other animals occupied.

If the hunter was allowed to use one of those flame thrower rifles, you wouldn't need to get the rats on your team. You could get the 10 Crocodiles to surround you and have him start lighting everything up. The fact that the croc's are low to the ground would make it easier to light up the big game animals. It would probably be a little more difficult to light up a crocodile because of their tough skin, so you would avoid friendly fire deaths. This would also take care of the attacks from the hawks.

Rats and the Bears. Bears surround you and fend off anything that gets through the rats. The hunter is going to soil himself when he sees a couple hundred rats running towards him.

Hunter and hawks.

25 hawks pick me up and fly me to safety.

The other 25 pick up the hunter and let him shoot everyone else from the air at his leisure.

Easy game.

Other: 2 Burger King Whoppers with extra onions

My farts will keep all those creatures at a safe distance...

The problem is that likely so are you if he's a decent shot and the rifle has a scope. In an enclosed area, you're likely getting shot.

That's only true if his only objective is to kill you. You're not as much of a threat as bears, lions, etc. I think he takes out the threats first, then you.

I read the instructions to say that anybody you don't pick will collectively attack you (ergo not attacking each other).

ETA: I may see your point though - that to accomplish his objective he may need to take out your "teammates" first.
