Tamme's Hammy (1 Viewer)

Yesterday it was his Hammy and now its his Knee.

Jacob Tamme, TE, Indianapolis ColtsTuesday 12/7, 4:52 PM CTTight end Jacob Tamme missed Tuesday's practice with a knee injury, according to CBS Sports.

Our View: This is the only concerning piece of news we've heard regarding Tamme, and most sources expect him to play. Still, the Colts play Thursday, so we should know his status tomorrow. Check back then.

There is a thread of the week regarding a new Tamme injury. Bottom line, if he's walking, I'd bet he's playing.

Don't have him, but if I did, I'd need a certified confirmation along with his obit before I'd sit him, especially in PPR.

In addition to Tamme's hammy, anyone have updates on Bowe's toe, Benn's shin, Best's chest and Vick's, uh groin?

thank god they are playing on Thurs. Scored the bye so he gets a bunch of extra days to rest up for the biggest game of the Colts season.

15 receptions 110 yards 2 TDs Week 15...One Time Dealer!

Bartender...I'll have what he's having.What means...any of that???

Colts TE Jacob Tamme (hamstring) practiced on a limited basis Wednesday after sitting out the day before and is officially listed as questionable for Week 14 at Tennessee.

Analysis: Tamme will likely be a game-time decision for Thursday's contest against a Titans

Did he practice today? ...I cant find it anywhere.
Practiced on a limited basis and he's listed as questionable. I'm nervous about this one. It's one thing to rest a vet for one day with a kind-of-fake injury but this is 3 days of rest for a young guy who needs all the reps with Manning he can get. The last thing I can afford is to start a guy who gets knocked out of a game in the 1st quarter with a strained hammy.

Seems like he practices on a limited basis every week.

I thought that was only the weekend he had the back and he did play in full after that week but this time it's 2 missed practices and 1 limited practice and it's in a critical week (although a short week) and at a time when you would think the coaches would want him practicing as much as possible with Peyton given all the struggles of the passing game.

Idk but I'm nervous. My league doesn't require TEs so he's really my WR3 but I'm considering sitting him for Ajirotutu (assuming Naanee is definitely out).

Looks like we might have to wait to 7pm tonight. He's got a great matchup and I'm looking at him or Nicks at my flex.

 Weather is good right now too...46 degrees and no real wind looking at the flags on the Capitol and the flags atop the TN Tower downtown.

What are the chances indy gets up and they rest tamme if the game is out of hand by the 2nd half? I have him and would like to throw him in as a starter but concerned with the health and potential beating ten will take in this one..

Any projections on his performance tonight?

I don't have any projections but Tamme has been the best TE in fantasy with Gates hobbling. Unless you have Gates, I think you start Tamme no questions asked if he's active as expected tonight. He's been far too good to sit even if he had a clunker last week.

I wouldn't worry about that- Indy hasn't been lights out themselves lately. In the unlikely event they get a huge lead, I think Peyton would still want to make a statement and pour it on to silence the critics a bit. Plus, they have a long time before their next game for Tamme to rest up. If he's healthy, I expect him to play the whole game.

well im torn, i dont have to play a TE but can at wr and have Tamme...i have to choose from Tamme, Branch, and Driver...so i have to hurry up and make my mind up...if he doesnt go(which i think he will go) my mind will be made easier...
