4th and 3, Bucs kick a field goal, Vikes defender was lined up in the neutral zone. Gave Tampa a 1st down and then Kirk decides to drop 8 and only rush 3 on 3rd down giving Baker all day to find the reciever in the end zone for a Touch.

TLDR: Kirk Cousins sucks.
