Terrell Suggs is a dope player who always plays well and puts up great stats.

Problem of course is that he is listed as a LB this year.

In my league I could put him at DL last year cause thats what he was listed last year in his player profile on nfl dot com...

Anybody know why he is listed as LB now??? Any chance that may change before the season starts.

He isn't really the man at LB at all!!! But at DL

His actual role in that defense has not changed. The Ravens simply designated him as a LB to be able to save money when they designated him as a franchise player and were forced to pay him the average of the top 5 salaries at his position. Top DE's make more money than top OLB's, hence the maneuver.

This should not affect Suggs' fantasy designation as a DE.

The Ravens and Suggs came to a middle ground in their dispute and franchised him as a DL/LB, so he should be still listed as a DL.
