It was a bad miss but he did hit a 53 yard field goal, a 42 yarder and a couple other extra points. He scored 11 points in my fantasy league and 10 in another. Anytime you get double digits you're ahead of the curve.I blame the Dallas D. You got less than 2 minutes, J. Skelton as QB with no timeouts and you can't stop him? You deserve to lose.The extra point would have meant overtime and with the momentum Arizona had there at the end more than likely they would have won anyway, pathetic defense in a crunch situation.

Buehler had 11 in our league, but we give bonus points for 40yd and 50yd FGs. Buehler's been the #1 K since week 10 and he's still available in our league.But I left him in free agency and I'm rolling with the dude who got me here... Matt Bryant.Kickers are a crapshoot but there are certainly SOME factors to look at to at least get a higher percentage selection to choose from.

Missed XPs are -4 in our league so it's a 5 point swing on a miss. Hope it ends up meaning nothing. To add insult to injury, I had the Cowboys over 26 points.

I think kickers already have a pretty bad track record with axes Didn't the Jags kicker hurt himself with an axe a few years back?-QG

Kickers who can hit 50 yd FGs, and kickoff into the endzone usually have a job.

Threads like this make me glad that we got rid of kickers altogether in one of my leagues. I know that this game has a lot of luck involved as it is, but kickers are such a crapshoot.

DALLAS COWBOYS

The Cowboys have finally decided the erratic performance of kicker David Buehler deserves a response. The club has agreed to terms with Kris Brown and will add him to the 53-man roster today. Buehler will also retain his spot, meaning the team will carry both kickers into Sunday's finale against Philadelphia. The competition between these two won't wait until the off-season. While Buehler will likely handle kickoffs against the Eagles, the Cowboys will observe both kickers over the next two days to determine who should handle the field goal duties.
