Still can't get the phone to flip from landscape to vertical without turning it back and forth.

50% of the time no keyboard shows up and I have to force quit the app and reopen.

I have had the 6+ going on almost 3 weeks now and no way I would ever go back. The only time I have an issue is with one hand, but that's is rare and the double touch home works wonders to eliminate that issue.

My wife's iPhone is full, mostly with photos. She has iCloud backup and photostream on and over 5gb free on there.

Is there a way she can delete the photos off the one without losing them from her cloud account (where they currently are aswell) or will deleting them on the phone clear them from the cloud too?

I think it will clear them from the cloud too.

Get a dropbox account and sync pics over there... then clear the phone. Set up auto-upload too so every pic will be uploaded to dropbox as it's taken. Then you can delete pics whenever you want and feel comfortable that you're not losing anything.

Amazon prime has unlimited photo storage in the cloud now too.

I've fully adjusted to the 6+ and would never go smaller at this point. I also have mine "zoomed ". Whenever I grab my wife's 5s it just seems ridiculously tiny now to me and unreadable.

I had a broken screen on 6+, made appointment, they didn't have replacement screens in stock when I got there so they gave me new phone. Told me the replacement normally takes around an hour and a half.

A friend at work is always replacing things on older iPhones for people. Know he's done screens and the button on top not sure about battery. Says there's videos all over the place online how to replace stuff. I'd think you'd be fine.

I have. I think it's because it doesn't cache the current page when it goes into "hibernation" when you close it. Once I open it I have to wait for the page to start to load before I can enter a new URL or add a tab or really do anything.

Why does Apple make it so hard to save photos to my computer? I open up the phone in Windows and there are literally 58 folders with totally random number/letter names that are not in any type of chronological order. How am I supposed to find the photos that I just took?

This is ridiculous and makes me want to abandon Apple even though I just got this phone.

I think I am asking the impossible but its worth a shot.

I can currently mirror, using bluetooth, my iPhone 6 to my iPad. So, whatever is on my iPad (MS Office or Apple Works), I see on my iPhone and can highlight using my phone to project onto a bigger screen (via a projector).

Example: in my hand I have my iPhone... iPad connected to a projector... project onto the screen

Can I do the same thing using any other applications such as games (via bluetooth and not the internet)?

They replaced my screen in about 40 minutes.

That includes waiting time for them to actually perform the repair.

Is it better to go to the AT&T store and trade it in or is it the same no matter which I go to?

I got $200 for my 4s at AT&T, but that was a month ago and there was a trade in deal... not sure what they have now, but I have to believe it's better than $150

Anybody order after October 11th and get a 128GB 6+? My original ship date was supposed to be this past Wednesday and now it is 12/12 as of an email today. I was fine with the original wait, but another month, I am so pissed.

I ordered the same on 10/21 and was given a 12/1-12/10 delivery date. Still the same.I'm thinking the port union slowdown has to be affecting shipments. I know our business had shipments held at the port for weeks.

Thanks for the info. I'm so annoyed that it took until 2 days after it was supposed to come that they shifted the date weeks out. I don't want to be a downer, but don't be surprised if you get an email in a few days with a delay as well. I have been travelling so much all November and I'll be doing the same in December and I was really looking forward to getting the new phone for the plane rides. Looks like that isn't going to happen until next year, which makes it suck even more.

I don't know if they've always done this but why alienate an AT&T buyer with a 60 day wait and satisfy the Apple Store buyer with an immediate purchase? Wouldn't each buyer be satisfied with a 2-3 week wait instead?

I'm not sure, but a couple guesses:

1) the average AT&T customer may be more likely to blame AT&T than Apple for it not being available.

2) the average Apple store customer is more likely to change her mind and get something else when told that it's not available yet than the AT&T customer who had already been waiting a month anyway.

I turn my iPhone 6 bluetooth on and the only device that it will "locate" is a bluetooth speaker. I can turn my MacBook on, my iPad Air 2 on, an iPad Mini 3 on (gift I am setting up) and the iPhone will not find any of them.

So, I want to get my iPhone 6 to link up to the iPad Mini 3 via bluetooth to use Keynote. Isn't working at all. So frustrating cause it is something so simple that should work in this day and age.

I've looked on the web and Apple is quick to dismiss this issue if you haven't erased the phone and tried again. Apple knows this is an issue but have been slow on the uptake.

Not sure what you heard, but the iPhone tracker I was looking at still has no iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB (any color) in the North Carolina/South Carolina area from Greenville, SC all the way to Raleigh, NC. I have gotten nothing and my estimated ship date is still 12/12 to 12/19, but I think that is about as likely as January. I tried in vain to chat with customer support and they regurgitated what I saw on the web site. I am really effing annoyed. The closest Verizon one is in Charleston, SC.

Amazing the customer support now. They just don't care anymore. I poked about a credit a few times and got nothing.

I mean, it's nice having a big screen, but I really don't need a screen that big to read text messages or play Battleship. Hopefully I start to get used to it.
