I did what any soldier would do, IMO. Even mid-inning, I wasn't sure how that was one was going to end. We were also racing the clock, but in hindsight I think she was using that as motivation and made it her mission. Sure. I don't want to search back through this long thread to find the details. Can you remind us about Stacy's situation? IIRC she has two adult (both over 20 yo?) sons and she is divorced from their Father. Is that right?

Locale yet to be determined. Cougartown is a halfway point, so it is optimal for time investment, but we shall see.

And yes, Karpis' resort was in Nola, IIRC. Too far away. For Friday, anyway.

Correct. She's been divorced for a couple of years now, broke up with the guy she was dating last May, and hasn't been interested in anyone else. Until now.

Hey, I said he probably wouldn't need it but after all we are talking about an almost 50 year old woman who goes out on all-night booze benders and expresses she wants to get railed after just meeting our hero. I'm leaning towards this mostly being because of the advanced game our fellow FBG has but obviously there is a bit of a chance this broad gets around...like a record.

No dependent children (her's) to worry about, she probably is now getting along with ex husband after a couple of years apart, been out of a relationship for almost a year. Sounds like you both are free and clear to just have fun and see what happens.

ETA- Oops almost forgot you have younger children in your home (full time?)

1. all things considered kinda surprised about those saying to wear a helmet....this had roll the dice bare back written all over it to me from the get go..

2. also not sure about those saying clean the pipes before you go....for an encounter like this I am for saving up for as many days as you can to the point where you could shampoo a buffalo with that first one....knowing you are probably going to hit it more than once anyway....and then doing the best you can to go as long as possible that first time and then just icing her stomach, etc with all you got.....she sounds like the type to me that would appreciate that visual and the quantity.....

3. most hotels are good about granting a later check out and you should have made that request the night before......

Yeah, my kids will be the main hurdle here. But we will manage. She's aware of that, and at least so far, seems agreeable and willing to help how she can with my scheduling issues. 

 
I think continuing to meet at the half way point for awhile is definitely the play here....keeps things, expectations, etc. clear and on the table.....you both know why you are there and thats that....going all the way to her town and/or crib allows her to feel a little more relaxed and comfortable....the excitement might wain....need to keep her on her toes and knowing exactly why she is driving for an hour plus to Cougartown....you want her bringing her A+ game to every session and not willing to dribble out the clock at the end...she may even feel a little like an escort....but she probably digs that...

I get that. But I have no reason not to believe her at this point. a) I choose my targets carefully. I've seen her in posts on FB and I watched her behavior that night at the restaurant and club as well, before making a move. b) I know and trust Kate well enough that I know she would've forewarned me if anything was off with this chick. I think Margot would have done the same for me, though I don't know her as well as I do Kate. During conversation Friday at dinner, Stacy actually told me a couple of stories of her shutting guys down who were trying to buy her drinks and she said something like  "You can ask the girls, I don't ever let guys buy me drinks, because I don't want to deal with their bull####."  I then promptly reminded her that I bought her a beer as soon as I met her. :lol:   I'm not saying she hasn't had other dates, I'm just telling you what I observed and what she said, and based on all that, plus the conversations we have had, I believe her to be honest. She just has that "no bull####" air about her. :shrug:

I said she "LOOKED" like a hooker.  Least, that's what I was told at the funeral.  But, I will back off because I'm not about to sit back here and let you besmirch the reputation of our Stacy.

 
Colonel, you didn't take her to Johnnie's Pizza did you?  It's not exactly a date place but it is the only cultural advantage north Louisiana has over South La.
