Didn't see this interview but that sounds like what people were saying about the Brady interview last year when asked about the ball stuff.
Or his crisis management team sent private investigators to try and figure out what was going on and the family didn't want to talk so they claimed the private investigators were intimidating them.
I hope Jordy is bathing in the stuff, getting rubbed down with the clean and clear, and then is being wrapped in deer antler velvet.
I watched it thrice. I didn't see eyes shooting left and right. He looked down when first asked, but that's a normal thing to do in an uncomfortable situation. It did seem like Cowher and Manning had talked about the question before the interview. I don't think it was a surprise at all. Even so, of course Manning had planned how to respond to that question. Nothing to see here. Move along.

Ah read that Manning isn't part of the NFLPA since he retired so he could meet with the NFL whenever and not worry about the NFLPA.
It seems discrediting the source would preclude relying on it to continue pursuit of others, but who knows.
Al Jazeera had documented evidence that HGH was delivered to Manning's house. Are you suggesting that Al Jazeera fabricated this evidence?
What's more believable? The NFL found nothing and declared the whole thing done or they're covering up for a player that is no longer in the league and risk a greater backlash if there is indeed evidence.
I think it is more in line with a situation where one guy has been chased with pitchforks and burning torches for two years over something that nobody finds to be meaningful to the game and the other somehow got an entire and thorough investigation vetted AND decided on in 7 months without a hundred side stories ever coming up in the media. And, for good measure, the issue at hand with Manning is FAR more pressing in terms of truly detrimental to the league, the player, and the reputation of the shield.JohnnyU said:

I get that you really want this report to be true....but it is possible that the source, who came out and said the report was incorrect, wasn't as reliable a source as they thought...and now they are being sued by Ryan Howard and Ryan Zimmerman because of it...
