The Top 250 - Boldin's Value? (1 Viewer)

I won't give out any protected subscriber info here, but how is Boldin ranked so low in the Top 250 forward?

I am in multiple fantasy league and yes I have him in 2 of those 5 leagues, so perhaps I am a bit biased, but come on, Boldin is a monster. His earlier injury has never affected him once he was on the field. He is still fearless and has no issue taking or giving a hit. He now gets at least 1 rushing carry each week, sometimes more as an added bonus. He is Warner's favotite target IMO. That being said, he is a TD machine with 10 TDs. He rarely has a bad week. This guy should be top 5...no?

the top 250 came out prior to last night's game so you can expect it to change based on his most recent performance...so while it was arguably wrong prior to the game it is inarguably wrong now.

fwiw, the top 250 seems to be too slow to move guys up/down in my opinion...currently I'd argue that Thigpen is too low (ranked in the low 20s) for a QB who is:

- capable

- playing on a team with a weak defense

- playing on a team that is mediocre at running the ball

- playing on a team in a divsion with soft defenses

- has a cupcake schedule remaining

But Thigpen won't get much attention because most people play in 1 QB leagues. But for those of us in 2QB leagues, he's an appealling buy-low candidate

Only thing is he has a tough playoff schedule with StL, Minn, and @ NE. Oh wait nevermind his playoff schedule is ####### beautiful.

Does it really matter where he's ranked on the top 250? If you have Boldin on your team and he is playing in the game then 99.9% of the time he's in your starting lineup, it's just common sense.

Top 250 is a joke. I stopped paying attention when they kept Tomlinson ranked top three week after week.
