If anyone gets a chance to watch NFL Total Access at 10pm et, you'll see Chad Johnson and Deangelo Hall talking a ton of trash to each other for about 20 minutes on who will get burned when they face each other week 8, it's hilarious! Who do you guys think will win that battle.. My money's on C.J.

Yeah but it's still a tough call though, I've had some excellent recievers on my team that just didn't do anything when they faced him. I started galloway last year when he faced hall, and got me zero. And yes he played all game..

In the NFL last year he was 3rd in Rec Yds, 5th in Receptions, and 9th in TD's. Yeah Housh did alot more toward the end of the year, that's just because teams were covering CJ more.

I used the example people have him as the top 1-2-3 WR in the league in fantasy, when he's never finished in the top 5 ffpts per game, and barely in the top 10.

CJ is a flashy D-JAX.

Obviously you just watch CJs dance routine. Palmer admits he forces it to CJ when he shouldn't. As Housh/Henry get better, CJ will continue to put up solid, but not great numbers. Housh had far more big plays then CJ in the last 5 games. But then again, you know that, because you watch football.

CJ has never had a good as year as Moss, Harrison, Smith, Fitz, TO, Holt. Even guys like Ward/Walker/Wayne has had better career years then CJ. I'm not saying all those guys are better, I'm saying CJ doesn't have the elite WR upside. Look at TO, 16, 14, 14, 13, 13 TDs. Big yardage. Elite WR. Last year in performance scoring CJ wasn't even a top 5 WR. Unless you're in a league where dancing gets you bonus points, he's overrated.

CJ will get you 1200-1300 yards, 8-9 TDs. He'll never sniff 12+ TDs. CJ is the most overrated WR in the league. He's one year younger then Moss, and only 65 less TDs. Um yeh.

Edit: Last 2 years, he's been 8th and 10th in FF points per game. And with people ranking him in the top 3, yes he's overrated.

Chad has led the AFC in yards for the past 3 years, the NFL doesn't happen for your little fantasy league purposes, and they weren't smack talking about who will give gang wars the most fantasy points...

*lol* So yardage the last 3 years pretty much ends the smack talking argument. Good post. I went with DH, and said CJ was overrated due to his self promotion. I used the example people have him as the top 1-2-3 WR in the league in fantasy, when he's never finished in the top 5 ffpts per game, and barely in the top 10.

So if "leading afc in yards" is all you got, then thanks for sharing. CJ is still overrated.

are you talking fantasy football or the actuall NFL??? because in real football he isnt. As I said earlier, he was 3rd in yds, 5th in receptions, and 9th in TD's. Not in the AFC, but the entire NFL. He puts up solid stats, and is an elite WR.
