Before last season, Shaub was actually a pretty decent QB.Two years ago they went 12-4 with Schaub. No way in hell a team with Ryan Fitzpatrick at the helm is going to be 10-6 or better on the season.

True, but the way I look at it is the defense is even better than it was in 2012 and all Fitzpatrick needs to be is a game manager who doesn't make mistakes. Before last season, Shaub was actually a pretty decent QB.Two years ago they went 12-4 with Schaub. No way in hell a team with Ryan Fitzpatrick at the helm is going to be 10-6 or better on the season.
If Bradshaw is healthy id say no chanceSo is everyone getting Dion Lewis? He was inactive last night, but what are the odds he's active and getting carries in the next month?
He gets a lot of hate, so people think of him as a bad or below average QB, but I've seen some statistics that place him right around "perfectly average" for an NFL QB. And if he is indeed a good fit for the system (which he appears to be), then a team with Fitzpatrick, a strong running game, and a strong defense should indeed be able to challenge for the division. Especially with an early 2 game head start.Anything can happen, and they do have a solid defense and strong running game, but I'm just not a Fitzpatrick fan (well actually I do like the guy, I just don't think he's very good after watching him for years in the AFC East). If Houston can split their two games with Indy, I suppose they stand a chance of winning the division.
for indy?So is everyone getting Dion Lewis? He was inactive last night, but what are the odds he's active and getting carries in the next month?
Colts waived RB Dion Lewis.
ouch, I would take Hyde over a few RichardsonsRichardson is a very interesting player to buy right now. He looked like he might be able to produce if/when Bradshaw goes down. I'm thinking of offering Carlos Hyde for him, and I bet it gets accepted.
Or maybe I'll wait a week and try to get T Rich cheaper. No way does Bradshaw become a volume workhorse for this high scoring team.ouch, I would take Hyde over a few RichardsonsRichardson is a very interesting player to buy right now. if this is a dynasty, i would suggest you just quit right now.Richardson is a very interesting player to buy right now. He looked like he might be able to produce if/when Bradshaw goes down. I'm thinking of offering Carlos Hyde for him, and I bet it gets accepted.
bradshaw has looked really good. hes got a long injury history but it is possible he takes this job and stays a strong rb2 from here on out. i wouldnt write him off yet...Or maybe I'll wait a week and try to get T Rich cheaper. If you want TRich, I'd try now rather than wait until after he faces the Jax D. This could be his best game of the season.Air Stich said:Or maybe I'll wait a week and try to get T Rich cheaper. I'd say he's average to below average. He's got a weak arm and for a Harvard guy he makes some really dumb decisions. On the plus side he's fiery, tough and is a better scrambler/runner than one would think. I enjoyed watching him play and it's hard not to root for the guy, but he's really not a playoff caliber QB.Houston has a two game head start but they've played Washington and Oakland. The Colts played at Denver and Philly. like I said a strong running game and a top defense can go a long ways though. He gets a lot of hate, so people think of him as a bad or below average QB, but I've seen some statistics that place him right around "perfectly average" for an NFL QB. Really? You really think that he's going to get the 300+ carries he needs to hit 1000 yards despite Bradshaw obviously being the superior RB? He got a lot of work Monday night, sure, but the Colts aren't good enough to be playing with a lead like that week in and week out. Getting close to 40 team rushing attempts isn't going to be the norm for them this year.He will get to the 1000 rushing yards many projected.
Yeah, I'd easily take Hyde on value alone.if this is a dynasty, i would suggest you just quit right now.Air Stich said:Richardson is a very interesting player to buy right now. I don't think he has any left.Trying to sell the crap out of this guy.

DT Kelcy Quarles has been plucked off the Patriots' practice squad in a corresponding roster move. Lewis looked like he might get some playing time when the Colts signed him on September 9, but they're apparently satisfied with Boom Herron behind Trent Richardson and Ahmad Bradshaw. Under-sized at 5-foot-8, 195 pounds, Lewis owns a career 4.8 YPC through 36 carries. Sep 16 - 3:13 PM
I hope that is a "Oh lord no" for not offering up Hyde. It can't be an "Oh lord no" it won't get accepted, because I'm pretty sure anyone in their right mind would trade Richardson for Hyde in a dynasty league and to a lesser extent redraft.jdoggydogg said:Oh lord no.Air Stich said:Richardson is a very interesting player to buy right now. I believe I would still want Hyde and sit him until his role increases as the season progresses. Its obviously redraft.I hope that is a "Oh lord no" for not offering up Hyde. Fair enough. I was just pointing out that I think Richardson is a decent buy low option. I have Hyde in multiple leagues and he's the only guy I could realistically trade to get Richardson. I'm not TRYING to deal Hyde, but I would like to get a share of T Rich at these prices. This board makes it seem like he's completely worthless. I wonder if his owner feels the same?I believe I would still want Hyde and sit him until his role increases as the season progresses. Its obviously redraft.I hope that is a "Oh lord no" for not offering up Hyde. I might have to with JC hurt.LETS START THIS GUY THIS WEEK!!!!!
he has to do something vs JAX right????
Sorry I wasn't clear: Hyde is the one to own by a mile. I wouldn't trade Hyde for Peterson. That's insanity.I hope that is a "Oh lord no" for not offering up Hyde. I've got him going in both my ppr leagues now. One ahead of lacy, the other Asiata...Picked up bradshaw this week with the last ww priority, apparently im the only one in my league who needed a RB...lol
I like Bradshaw vs JAX a lot....
Yeah bradshaw may score multiple timesget him in your lineups. he is scoring a TD this weekend.
True but his paper mache feet may fall apart after a few runs.Yeah bradshaw may score multiple timesget him in your lineups. he is scoring a TD this weekend.

21 - 79 against a terrible run defense isn't "above average" at all. He looked like he always has to me -- runs really hard and can be fine when a big hole opens up right where it's supposed to. The key factor is how he looks relative to Ahmad Bradshaw behind the same line -- and that's not a flattering comparison for Richardson at all.Granted I have been in his corner since college, but did no one else see him correct the most prevalent mistakes Monday night? Didn't dance behind the line. Saw holes develop and hit them. Gained yards after contact. Consistently got positive yards between the tackles. Of course the fumbles were bad but prior to this game, fumbles weren't the main thing I was looking for him to correct. In terms of a game, average because of the fumbles, otherwise above average. But in terms of correcting the tendencies that I have seen as holding him back, it was a fantastic game for him.
With Bradshaw getting both the short yardage and passing down work, Richardson shouldn't be anywhere near your lineup no matter who he's playing. 20 - 70 isn't exactly exciting.I'm actually wondering if playing both of them isn't the move here. They could easily see 20 touches a piece.
This is just dishonest and I can't take you serious. I understand it's fun to bag on the guy but to say he looked like he has previously is horse ####.Now I'm not running to put him in my lineup or anything, but if he runs like he did Monday night I will start considering him again.21 - 79 against a terrible run defense isn't "above average" at all. If they line up eight blockers and a TE in the backfield, then yes, anybody will look good.Richardson blowing up this weekend. You heard it here first. This thread will be a circus come Monday.

Eagles ranked 10th overall run defense last year. They were close to top 10 before this week but two weeks is hardly evidence to say they're horrible.Coeur de Lion said:21 - 79 against a terrible run defense isn't "above average" at all.
