The "Who's Starting Nate Burleson" Thread (1 Viewer)

Engram is OUT.

Branch is still new to the system.

Stevens is OUT.

Alexander is OUT with Maurice Morris substituting.

Going against the putrid Rams defense.

Nate Burleson: 6 catches, 107 yards, 1 TD

:banned:

Starting him as WR3 due to bye week troubles.

Holmgren said they'd be running a lot of 3 and 4 wideout sets because Alexander was out.

Rams... putrid... you still on Tivo from last year? They are actually respectable in yards, playing VERY good in TDs given up... and only the Ravens and Jags have more INTs than the Rams.... yeah, putrid.

Don't be so defensive.Based on standard FF scoring (1 pt/10 yds, 6pts/TD), STL is giving up the 4th most points to opposing WRs this year.

Not defensive, not a Rams fan... just that you threw out putrid... while they are not. For fantasy WRs... perhaps so.

I'm not the one that said it.

i'd like to also mention that i benched michael clayton AND mark clayton for this scrub
Benched? Ha, that's nothing. I dropped Mark Clayton for Burleson this week.WHAT THE ####!>?!@?!?!!?!

Burleson had one target (in the end zone) today. With Engram back I fully expect him to disappear.

Hackett had a drop in the game, otherwise I'd think it'd be a lock. Hackett damn near broke a big YAC TD on the slants that Koren used to fly by on (assuming he caught it). While all Nate has been doing is missing opportunities. I still have hope for him to improve and at worst he's good depth. It was good to see Hackett in. I'm in Shicks corner thinking he could be special.

If I had Burleson I wouldn't be too happy right now; however, I have Deion Branch, so I'm the opposite.

Looks like questions about how long it will take Branch to assimilate into WCO have been answered. He should be viable WR3 with upside of WR2 from here on out. Def. feel much better with him as a bye week/injury starter.

Engram when healthy I assume maintains his old role, with Hackett challenging Burleson for reps at the fourth WR spot.
