I can't tell you how many times I heard this threat or was told this growing up (yea, I had more than a couple trips to the principles office growing up). It was always said with such meaning that man I was so worried about that. I mean, when you are in 4th grade, that is a whole eternity worth of time that your record will now be stained for throwing a spit wad in class.

Was I the only one that was told this lie growing up in school? Did your school record ever haunt you for any reason?
