I think No. 29 Randy Fuller actually made a good play on that ball and then fell on Bailey preventing the catch.
This was a huge one - basically Drew Pearson shoves the Vikes DB out the way, the Cowboys would go on to the Super Bowl

Presuming they would have beaten the always underachieving Rams (Cowboys beat them 37-7), this would have been the Vikes' third straight Super Bowl and they would have gone four straight years if not for this bone headed call.
I think this was the Vikes' only home playoff loss in 10 years or so at Bloomington.
