Hasn't been mentioned anywhere that I've seen, but there's a solid part of me that says there's a decent chance Terry is back in Dallas on the minimum until he retires.
Could be wrong, of course, but if he isn't in Houston that's my guess for him.

Yeah, West must have invested wisely...you have to assume he could have got 30M+ (maybe 3/33 or something?) and he's getting close to last chance for a big deal territory, right?

If it's just a one year contract (which it should be), maybe he figures he can still get 3/30 next offseason with so many teams having money to burn.
He has made almost 90 million in his NBA career.

After this year they likely lose Kobe and Hibbert, who both kind of suck now anyways, and likely won't have a lottery pick to show for it. I don't get the excitement.

Raps are going to regret letting Sweet Lou go. He carried that second unit and the entire team especially once Lowry was injured. Dont get me wrong he is like JR Smith and lost the Raps a fair amout of games with his streaky shooting.
David West turned down 12 million from the Pacers to play for vet min. Thats insane. Only situation I can recall that was even close to this was the Nets getting AK-47 for cheap but it didnt end well for them. A healthy Spurs vs Cavs would likely rank among best finals of all time in terms of talent on each side.

I don't think there will be an appreciable net drop off. I will bet that they move away from the ISO dominant offense from last year and towards the free flowing offense from 13/14. Bringing in guys from ATL and SA can only help with the ball movement. Ross going to the bench and having a defined role should greatly help his game out. The big loss is Amir and replacing him with Biyombo. That'll hurt the offense alot more than losing Williams.
Their achilles heal from last year, defence, will be greatly improved.
The games where he caught fire were great but they were negated by the all too common 1-10 nights.

According to nba-reference, he's banked 87 MM so far. Surely he can afford to get by on the minimum, but still it's a lot f money to leave on the table. Would like to see an intrepid reporter dive deep into the culture of NBA players and reveal how significant a championship is to players. Thought I would pop in and say good luck to whichever city the Milwaukee Bucks move to. The Wisconsin state government can't make up their mind on something so trivial. This should have been figured out ages ago and the state government is essentially trying to turn Milwaukee into some kind of city that is desolate and has no economic stability. Anyway, good luck to Seattle or wherever they move.
