I don't 100% trust the Bulls not to dork this up, but they have damn near every single matchup win outside of Lebron.

Would be interesting to see the Game 1 and full series results broken out on teams with long layoffs when they play a team that rolls right into the next series. Scheduling is a problem in multiple sports, unless you are just looking at the TV/money aspect.

Blake Griffin isn't getting enough praise. He's been the best player in basketball these last three weeks of the playoffs. I didn't know he was this good of a passer and his ability to be a one man fastbreak after grabbing a rebound has been giving his opponents a hard time. I'd like to see his % of open jumpers this playoffs, has to be around 65%. I think we will look back at the Spurs series, as the launching point of putting him in the conversation of being in the Lebron, Durant tier. The Clippers all commented about how that series taught them so much and made them better. What he did against that defense, and what he did last night in game one vs Houston was phenomenal.

Yep, he was pretty bad. KLove's importance should be rather clear to the detractors.

I'm surprised. To me, it just seems like playing small to move a Bulls big defender away from the rim opens lanes for LeBron and Kyrie and is the better way to go.

Absolutely. As Cleveland is finding out without Kevin Love, any team will feel the effects of being without one of its key starters.

On the flip side, Memphis probably can't count on Steph/Klay shooting 3-17 from deep again.
