I'm going to skip looking it up and just go with my sketchy memory in that Ponder's struggles have coincided with the return of Simpson to the starting lineup.
McShay had good reasons to believe this. Harvin was an absolute punk in HS.Wonder if Todd McShay still thinks he's a team killing cancer.I'm a Panthers fan, but in terms of pure enjoyment of watching a single player, Percy Harvin is at the top of the list. He's just so damn fun to watch.

yeah, I love the guy but that was a red flag. Todd McShay is not the kind of guy to ruffle things up over questionable character concerns.McShay had good reasons to believe this. His entire season has been based on redzone opportunities. With Peterson getting back to 100% and getting more carries inside the 5, Rudolph's numbers are likely to drop.Did Rudolph sleep with Ponders wife ? Can't figure out why he hates him

Are we still talking about this? The QB was outside the pocket. Totally different, and allowed.Defender there needed to push Williams while he was in the air.. there is no more forced out rule.![]()
I just thought it was odd that he would think that a guy who just won two BCS titles was still a team-killing cancer because he got into a fight and had a problem with a coach in high school.yeah, I love the guy but that was a red flag. Missed his first 5 passes. Since then 9-13, 121 yds, 1td, 0 int with a couple of passes that could have been caught.I didn't realize just how bad Ponder is. Wow
We never saw another angle live...that doesn't mean that the booth guys didn't look at one.If the player was clearly OOB on another angle, there's no reason to buzz the officials since they would have made the RIGHT call. The view we had on TV left things less than clear, but the official had a perfect viewing angle...no reason to believe or suspect he got that wrong.I'm not so sure that wasn't a pick. I can't believe they didn't even look at it.
I think he was stating that the Viking needed to push the receiver out of bounds after catching the ball before getting his second foot down thus making it a non-catch.I was thinking the same thing. Are we still talking about this? Never got second down with possession. Great play though. What the hell? That was a pick.
106 RuYd, 15 ReYd, 2 Recpt (Martin) + 67 ReYd, ReTD (18), 4 Recpt (Harvin) in the first half, would have taken this for the game much less the half!

Or nicks could make a block...Martin has got all the goal line carries so far, but on both of them the Vikes have decimated the line and met him in the backfield as he got the ball. No chance. They need to stretch it.Is Blount in the game? lolol

You could see everything on TV. Feet, ball, etc. What else was there to see? The only question was a judgment call as to what point he had "possession".Harvin was wide open and would have ran out of bounds. There was nobody within 10 yards of him. Only would have gained about 8 yds, but it would have been a better decisionMayock is being overly critical of Ponder. He threw toward the sideline because Minnesota only had one timeout. Sure he could have threw it to Harvin but that would have forced to take their last timeout.
Awful. Give up a sack at least if you are going to end up punting....
no one cares.Mayock's just an idiot. And now we have LT on the halftime show, lol. just lol.Mayock is being overly critical of Ponder. He threw toward the sideline because Minnesota only had one timeout. Sure he could have threw it to Harvin but that would have forced to take their last timeout.
Halftime show? Switch over to the World Series.Mayock's just an idiot. And now we have LT on the halftime show, lol. just lol.Mayock is being overly critical of Ponder. Wasn't he in the middle of the field?Harvin was wide open and would have ran out of bounds. There was nobody within 10 yards of him. Running underneath route from left to right and with Harvin there was nobody close enough to keep him from reaching the sidelines.Wasn't he in the middle of the field?Harvin was wide open and would have ran out of bounds. There was only had 30 or something seconds left before the half. You have to threw the ball down field and used the sidelines in that situation. I don't think it was a horrible decision by Ponder.Running underneath route from left to right and with Harvin there was nobody close enough to keep him from reaching the sidelines.Wasn't he in the middle of the field?Harvin was wide open and would have ran out of bounds. Bucs shot themselves in a foot a few series with some strange play calling. 3 straight deep shots after a false start set up 1st & 15 comes to mind. And the score is 20-10. Seems like the Bucs should be up by 20.
