There is nothing wrong with selling high as a rule, but what exactly would you get in return?

I think Gonzo is a hold anyways, but I'm wondering what you expect to get for him considering his age and the team and QB he plays with.

He's been a great TE so far for my squad this year. Have played several FF seasons of the revolving door at TE and its nice to not worry about that every week.

I don't know why you'd think he's a sell high? Barring injury, his stats are going to stay up there. Do people even realize that the whole point of selling high is to divest of a player before their stats comes back in line with where you think they should be? I mean, you don't sell high on a player like Gonzo, he's as consistent as they come.

Before bye week vs. after bye week he is a different TE. The QB and RB situation could make him less consistent. There are a lot of factors and I'm wondering if he'll keep this recent trend he has for the year.

The guy gets a million targets from Thigpen. Besides Daniels, Gonzo might be the best TE out there right now.

Gonzo has been a stud his whole career. I wouldn't move him unless it was dynasty and you were out of the running and getting a young stud from a contender. Most scoring systems where he has real value and hence allows you to trade high also make him very hard to replace, imho. Not sure the up you gain at another position will override the down you get from losing Gonzo...

whoever has been dressing in Thigpen's uniform these last two weeks seems to be locked on to him right now. Gates is the only TE I'd rather have. maybe Cooley.

overlooking Owen Daniels are we?
I'd much rather have Witten. But yes, it looks like Thigpen is MUCH better than just about anyone thought he'd be and Gonzo is a top-5 TE as long as he's starting.

Gonzo has produced with any QB he has ever worked with, maybe it's just me but I'll keep him and use him to beat the crap out of my opponents.

Thank You Tony G for declining to be traded to teams like NY, Green Bay. Nothing better for an elite TE than a young QB on a sucky team that is down a lot and has no other real playmakers.

Again Thanks Tony

Fixed. With KC's schedule, there is no one I'd rather own other than maybe Gates and Witten.
