Milan are growing economically and are expected to post revenues of over $420 million this year, a 40% increase from the $299 million made last year.

The next three friendlies are against RM, Juve and Barca, all in the US. They end the preseason back in Italy against Monza.

I was thinking they were waiting to see if they make it out of the qualifiers in EL before moving him. But I also thought they were likely just settling for 2nd place again and this result along with the rumors of them bringing Ivan Perisic back home maybe they have greater ambition.
FTR, Pukstas was player of the match per FotMob playing in a dual pivot role. Naturally the goal was on a headed corner.

I think Pukstas didn't really get a chance in the U20 World Cup because he arrived late (same with Paredes).. But I think he didn't get called for the Gold Cup because the Croatia season starts so early. They already played the Super Cup (they lost to Dinamo Zagreb in that one) and I think they have Europa League qualifiers starting next week.
They would have had to release him if we called him, but I bet they just asked he not be called and we acquiesced. He wasn't on the 60-man roster even.
