He got two token runs with 30 seconds left so they could run down the clock and kick the field goal. So while correct that he got touches, I am unsure they really had any other optionEven as a rookie with Pacheco as the lead back, he was getting touches. He fumbled last game and, still, he got the touches after Pacheco went down.
Drop J. Dotson for Whittington?
I am unsure they really had any other option
I read 2 total, including last week.Drop J. Dotson for Whittington?
Hard to believe this guy plummeted so far. Isn't A.J. Brown supposed to miss multiple games?

I think Dotson is an end-of-bench stash, even in dynasty. Some teams will drop him for the flavor of the week.I read 2 total, including last week.Drop J. Dotson for Whittington?

Yes. Including last week. Which would leave this one open, too. So what's Dotson doing? Learning the offense, maybe? I don't know. He got crushed last year for his effort and performance, got traded for peanuts, and now isn't sticking with Philly? I'll have to check snap counts or news.

Even though I believe what I just posted, that doesn't mean it's the smart play. Dotson did show something previously, so I'm not convinced he should be a first drop in dynasty.I think Dotson is an end-of-bench stash, even in dynasty. Some teams will drop him for the flavor of the week.
Yeah, and that's amazing because his first year seemed so promising even if touchdown-dependent.
But Perine is the pass catching option and not the 1st and 2nd down run out the clock backI am unsure they really had any other option
Perine, and that's a significant part of the debate/FAAB spending
A pass catching option in that offense may be better than the first and second down option. But Perine is the pass catching option and not the 1st and 2nd down run out the clock backI am unsure they really had any other option

I agree with this heavy swings strategy. You can't spend it at the end of the year.I spent 21% on Carr in my 1QB league. Second highest bid was $2. I don't mind overpaying with my FAAB, taking big heavy swings early in the season to ensure I get players who can be difference makers.
I own both Bigsby and Wright. Watching the Mixon practice report today before I make a run at Pierce or Akers.Downs and Pierce made it through waivers in my 12 team. Not worth dropping Bigsby or Wright for right?
I dropped Wright (10 team Redraft) for Allen (RB Jets) due to the mess in Miami. Achane is a monster, Mostert will be back, Jeff Wilson Jr. is good. Wright has his work cut out for him.Downs and Pierce made it through waivers in my 12 team. Not worth dropping Bigsby or Wright for right?
So would Whittington be the flavor of the week or does he present more long term upside than Dotson? I mean in that Philly game against ATL, he was non existent.I think Dotson is an end-of-bench stash, even in dynasty. I really don't know which one has more long term upside. To me it's a toss-up. Dotson showed flashes in the not-so-distant past and Whittington did in preseason. Puca Nacua was a 5th round NFL draft pick and Jordan Whittington was a 5th round NFL draft pick.I really don't know which one has more long term upside. To me it's a toss-up. Actually Whittington was a 6th round pick 37 pick. I know late round guys surprise, but they don't more often than not and higher draft capital guys over them is just playing the odds is all.Puca Nacua was a 5th round draft pick and Jordan Wi

No, especially if it's a dynasty league.Am I crazy to consider adding Pacheco and dropping Bigsby?
Not in that particular situation. That's all I was saying.A pass catching option in that offense may be better than the first and second down option. But Perine is the pass catching option and not the 1st and 2nd down run out the clock backI am unsure they really had any other option

Redraft but I got Achane, Mason, Najee, Wright, Chandler, Brown to hold me over until Pacheco comes back. No, especially if it's a dynasty league.Am I crazy to consider adding Pacheco and dropping Bigsby?
ok going through my team, going to drop Caleb Williams since I have AR, for Gibson, Mooney, Pierce or Downs made haven’t decided which one yet.I dropped Wright (10 team Redraft) for Allen (RB Jets) due to the mess in Miami. Achane is a monster, Mostert will be back, Jeff Wilson Jr. is good. Wright has his work cut out for him.Downs and Pierce made it through waivers in my 12 team. Not worth dropping Bigsby or Wright for right?

Holy **** Carr is a FA. Dropping Caleb for him rn. Steele isn't worth 100% IMO, but I could be wrong. If I was bidding on these guys I would put no more than 10% on any of them, and if I get one, cool. If not, cool.Steele had 5 bids, winner was all in with $100 (CMC owner)
Perine and Hunt were already picked up last week
You do realize your league mates probably look at this board and can see your 6% bid. The thing with me is that I don't care if I get any of them.Put a low ball offer in for Steele not really expecting or needing to get him, but I did at 6% of my FAAB. I'm leaning towards playing the wait and see with him after the next 1-2 weeks to see how the backfield shapes out.
6% seems like a reasonable amount to pay to see if he's the guy.Put a low ball offer in for Steele not really expecting or needing to get him, but I did at 6% of my FAAB. I'm leaning towards playing the wait and see with him after the next 1-2 weeks to see how the backfield shapes out.
I think he won it with 6% but maybe I'm wrong..You do realize your league mates probably look at this board and can see your 6% bid.Put a low ball offer in for Steele not really expecting or needing to get him, but I did at 6% of my FAAB. How would his leaguemates know who TIMMAY is?You do realize your league mates probably look at this board and can see your 6% bid.Put a low ball offer in for Steele not really expecting or needing to get him, but I did at 6% of my FAAB. I didn't exactly read it as such, but he may have already got him. As for your question about how would his league mates know who TIMMAY is, there are ways to know by what you remember about what they post in the past, or kept record when they join a league what sign-on they use when they post they want to join. I don't do this, but you could. Except when they post a recent trade in the trades thread and it is obvious because that trade just happened in one of my leagues. How would his leaguemates know who TIMMAY is?You do realize your league mates probably look at this board and can see your 6% bid.Put a low ball offer in for Steele not really expecting or needing to get him, but I did at 6% of my FAAB. And he also said he got him at 6% so his leaguemates likely already know what he bid.
But how would they even know who Timmay is?I read it as his waivers hasn't run yet.I think he won it with 6% but maybe I'm wrong..You do realize your league mates probably look at this board and can see your 6% bid.Put a low ball offer in for Steele not really expecting or needing to get him, but I did at 6% of my FAAB.
