I'm trying to figure out my RB, WR, and flex spots (2,2 and 1 slot respectively) in standard no-ppr league.

Lamar Miller and Dez are locked in.

For other 3 slots I have: 

Jarvis Landry, Michael Crabtree, S. Ware, C Mike, and B Powell.  Which way you go this week?

Here's the story, Sig. 

I own Ingram.

Hightower just got dropped onto waivers.  I'd love to have him as the cuff for Ingram.  

Steve Smith is my 6th WR.

Most dismiss Ol' Steve, but I feel about him the same way Brammel does. I've held him since drafting early July, excited to see the Mighty Mite prove the world wrong one last glorious time.

DJ Foster is the magic bean of late season glory at end of my rickety RB bench, which includes Ingram, LMurray, Riddick and MJones.

Now,

It looks like DJ is an important hold, so I suppose I've just got to do what has got to be done: grab Hightower, and just let proud old Smiff go.

Quick question. Full pt PPR. Need to start two of the following WRs:

Cooks

Dez

Cobb

Hilton 

Little concerned with game script with Dez+this being Dak's first game. The other three games, I can easily see being high scoring. Slightly concerned how often Hilton lines up with Slay. Cooks feels a bit inconsistent. Just a lot of weapons down in NO. Honestly, struggling to find anything I dislike about Cobb this week. Plus matchup, projects to be high scoring, Nelson could be rusty which could lead to more for Cobb. 

Which 2 would you go with Sig?

So I'll toss one out that I can't really answer other than going by your pre-season draft order.

These are my bench players and I want to know which ones are most likely to breakout as potential 1st-3rd round draft picks next year (redraft w/ one keeper taken 6th or later this year) so that I don't drop them when the waiver-wire gets hot.  The league is a fairly shallow PPR league with a 4RB roster max and basically 3 flex spots (so I've taken a ton of WRs).  I apologize for how studly this all sounds but the key to this league seems to be securing top keepers for the next year and rostering potential super-stars before they blow up.

Starters: AJ Green, Lamar Miller, Alshon Jeffery, Allen Robinson (last year's keeper)

Bench RBs: Duke Johnson, Spencer Ware (starting this week), Derek Henry

Bench WRs: Demaryius Thomas (not keeper elgible), Golden Tate, Kevin White, Josh Gordon (all of my friends think "once a pothead, always a pothead so it's a wasted pick), Devin Funchess

Current Waiver Wire: Charles Sims, Chris Ivory, Isaiah Crowell, James White, Tevin Coleman, Christine MIchael, Tajae Sharpe, Will Fuller, Josh Doctson

 I find myself down by 30 already thanks to playing vs cj.  Should I sit forte in favor of ware and then put djax in my flex?  I have had forte and ware in but having second thoughts on forte vs a good def and not really knowing split with powell
