Week 11 Game Thread - Cleveland Browns at Buffalo Bills (1 Viewer)

it's gonna take a miracle for Lee Evans to catch a pass
I don't understand why the Bills don't use Evans on a slant over the middle?Part of the reason I bet Cleveland on every bet tonight is simply because i think Jauron is a clown, just like he was in Chicago. He's a loser in my book.

This reminds me of the MNF against Dallas last year where it seemed like Buffalo went out of their way to not get their best offensive player (Evans) involved. And they wonder why they are struggling on offense. Dopes.

It looked like when Braylon Edwards caught his last pass he went to the ground and no one touched him. I was waiting for him to get up and run to the endzone. can anyone confirm if contact was made?

When the play by play guy is calling Cribbs and he means Lewis, you are using too many gimmicky plays.

Is Edwards nearsighted?Throw downfield!!
He's Rob Johnson-like in how long he holds the ball.lol way to just toss it away there instead of running around a bit and trying to make something happen.edit but nice run by Ugly Boy.

LOL did anyone else see Kelly glance towards the coach and imagine him thinking "I can't stand this anymore; I wonder if I asked if they'd let me play....."

Wow, Lynch is getting targeted a ton in the passing game tonight....
About friggin time. Been waiting for THAT all season.
Had 27 catches coming in to the game. Already a bunch more than last year.
But still not as much as I expected. LT, Forte. Gore all have far more (50+) targets and I thought he would be closer to that group.

Can we have a nation wide moratorium on the Coors Lite commercials with 'actual' footage blended with witty beer promotion? Please? Who do I write to?

whatever happened to face guarding?
That's a college rule.
i'm probably too late now, but i'm pretty sure that if you make ANY contact with a receiver without making an attempt to find the ball, its pass interference. there was definitely contact on that play. college, pro, whatever. that's what i was always taught anyway.
Face-guarding has no contact........
Ok, I suppose I'm not using the proper term. I always fit that into the face guarding category, but I'm really not familiar with the ncaa equivalent. My point was, what happened on that play a few hours ago was interference. From the NFL rulebookActions that constitute defensive pass interference include but are not limited to:(a) Contact by a defender who is not playing the ball and such contact restricts the receiver’s opportunity to make the catch. They go on to describe different types of contact that constitute interference, seeming to imply that these things would be interference whether or not the DB was playing the ball. But this rule simply states "contact" as if any type of contact would automatically be pass interference if the DB didn't play the ball.

Gore can't be surprise. Forte and LT are definitely unexpected. I'm fine with Lynch's catches, generally annoyed with his inability to ever break a big play. Does he have a play over 20 yards all year?

His last run over 20 was Week 5. Had a catch of 42 yards in the Jets game.
