People are ragging on the Steelers for all these penalties, but I think they are doing it right. Fitzpatrick is the kind of Quarterback that if you give time, he's going to make throws. But knock his ### down a few times and he's going to get out of rhythm.

You give up 45 penalty yards to prevent the guy from throwing 300 yards against you. Frazzle him.
