1) Doesnt play for the Bucs.2) Look at page 1Oct 21 The Associated Press reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mark Clayton (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the team's Week 7 game.
He said ankle. But Jacobs didn't miss any games because of the ankle...Jay Glazer just reported on Fox that Brandon Jacobs re-aggravated the same injury that forced him to miss games earlier in the season. He'll have an MRI tomorrow to confirm.
The composer?no, I think the guy in your league is trying to trick you.I just got a weird email form a guy in my league saying Hasselbach had broken ribs. Anyone watch the game?

I don't have any news, but I can verify that Scheffler hopped off the field after being tackled late in the game -- looked like a foot or ankle injury.zamboni said:I didn't watch the game, but supposedly (per KFFL), Scheffler limped off the field. Anyone have any news on this?

Sounds encouraging, maybe.Tight end Tony Scheffler, who caught five passes for 50 yards and a touchdown, limped off the field during the final drive and didn't return for the final few plays. Scheffler, who missed a portion of training camp with a broken foot, said he didn't think the injury was serious.
However, he wouldn't say what part of his lower leg was injured.
"It doesn't matter at this point, does it?" Scheffler said. "We got the win and I live to see another day."
Greg Jones time. Fred can't stay healthy. And so much for MJD
Oh come on now, we have no clue what's wrong with MJD yet.Greg Jones time. Fred can't stay healthy. And so much for MJD
dont kid yourself...he's gonna be out for the season. no doubt in my mind.Oh come on now, we have no clue what's wrong with MJD yet.Greg Jones time. Fred can't stay healthy. And so much for MJD
Actually we do know it is a left knee sprain, we just don't know the severity.Oh come on now, we have no clue what's wrong with MJD yet.Greg Jones time. Fred can't stay healthy. And so much for MJD
Hang on this is a knee sprain not a torn acl. He will be out at most 1 game.Get Taylor and Greg Jones asap I would be shocked if MJD plays much sooner than Ronnie Brown.
ok doc, lol. you must have him on your team. you dont diagnose a torn acl on the spot. you call it "a knee sprain" before you evaluate it later. sorry buddy. this aint gonna end anywhere near good. wish i could wager you.Hang on this is a knee sprain not a torn acl. couldnt disagree more. getting banged in the knee, limping off the field then off to the lockerroom, then having them call it a "sprained knee"....that's all the writing on the wall you need. it aint gonna be good, and it aint gonna not be serious. sorry fellas. he's gonna be done. accept it.You guys calling for him to be out for the season may be right. The point is (as someone in the out all season camp mentioned) you can't diagnose anything on the spot. We'll have to wait a few days to really know what's up with him. Color me concerned at this point, but not going to go nuts until I know what's up.
i'm still wondering how you can be a centerpiece of the offense when you play less than half the offensive snaps. del rio is brainless all aroundAnybody else wondering why Del Rio was playing the center piece to the offense in garbage time? Also, how does ESPN - world wide leader in sports - not have any updates on the injury in their 1 hour coverage of the post game?
He definitely should play or should have played MJD more. Still, even with less reps I can't think of any skill player more important to their offense.i'm still wondering how you can be a centerpiece of the offense when you play less than half the offensive snaps. del rio is brainless all aroundAnybody else wondering why Del Rio was playing the center piece to the offense in garbage time? Also, how does ESPN - world wide leader in sports - not have any updates on the injury in their 1 hour coverage of the post game?
Probably because not much more will be known until he has an MRI. Most major sports outlets/FF sites are reporting the injury, but aren't making that big of a deal out of it. The doom and gloom is coming from our 'I'm not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express' posters on this board. We've all seen this go both ways. I won't be surprised to read that he's playing next week, out 2-4 weeks, or done for the season tomorrow.Anybody else wondering why Del Rio was playing the center piece to the offense in garbage time? Also, how does ESPN - world wide leader in sports - not have any updates on the injury in their 1 hour coverage of the post game?
Looks like this is the place. We look to have several docs in the thread. One says out for the year, another says no more than 1 game.Where is the best place to get the latest on this?
(KFFL) The Associated Press reports Jacksonville Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew (knee) suffered a sprained left knee late in the team's Week 7 game. He left with 52 yards rushing off of 13 carries with one touchdown. X-rays taken were negative and he should be fine for Week 8.

Del Rio has a pretty awful history of giving correct information on injuries.kris said:
They already did the MRI on Garrard, it doesn't seem one is upcoming for MJD as they likely would have done it today.FFdork said:What! Yeah, I'm inclined to agree. It seems like if there was going to be an MRI we would at least know that by now. They already did the MRI on Garrard, it doesn't seem one is upcoming for MJD as they likely would have done it today.FFdork said:What!
