Is that really a hobby? That's like saying laundry is a hobby. Sure, you don't have to do it, but if you don't, you house sure is going to stink.Fantasy sports

not in that order
iRacing?Over the years I whittled down my hobbies down to:
Inside Hobbies: Guitar, Gaming, Sim Racing, Working on cars, Golf
Outside Hobbies: Golf, Cycling
I think it's important to have some things that are easy to pick up and put down without leaving the house. I can't tell you how many times I pick up the guitar throughout the day even if only for a few minutes.
I avoid hobbies that take lots of planning and preparation - like spear fishing
I thought for sure you either worked in a bank or maybe robbed banks.as everyone has probably deduced i am a novelist and so i spend most of my time writing stories in local starbocks and parneras take that to the bank bromigos
I've heard cops use that term to describe guys driving slow past street hookers.Fast cars and fast women, that's why the guys in my car club call me The Cruiser.
Meh, depends on how you parentIs that really a hobby? That's like saying laundry is a hobby. Sure, you don't have to do it, but if you don't, you house sure is going to stink.
I sleep more than anything else, but I wouldn't call it a hobby.Meh, depends on how you parent
I do more parenting, than all of the above

I've been meaning to get into iRacing, but it hasn't happened yet.
Thanks! Will do.Let me know if ya make the jump. You can use me as a reference and we'll split the free credits.
How do you like the VR? I suffer from motion sickness at times so I've stuck to the triple screens for now.
This is something I've always wanted to do, but just not good enough to code/develop. I keep stats for my son's travel baseball team and will run scouting reports based on statistical trends for hitters and pitchers. It's fun to do, at least for me. But it's tedious to hunt/gather the data. If I could create a tool that would scrape the data from a site, dump into tables and run the stats in standard UI template - I think I could find a few coaches that would want to subscribe or buy it. The data is free online for those who know where to look, and in a consistent format that can be scraped. I'm just not technically adept to create this tool. I can define requirements, UI, and process flows - but man, this would be something I would like to do. I have yet to find anything like it on the market. Any developers that would like to do something like this on the side, let me knowMAC_32 said:I have a bad habit of turning a hobby into something involving making money. But maybe that's not a bad habit. When I was younger it was playing cards. Then sports betting. Then fantasy sports. Then personal training. And now managing sites that host basketball games/tournaments. My three side jobs all stem from what started off as hobbies.
