What Brand will you no longer buy? (1 Viewer)

I'm sorry, that's total BS.   I've flown 100+ on SW buying the priority boarding pass and there is never a problem. Boarding passes are numbered. People go in order. With a priority pass, you just go earlier.
I don't think I'm saying what you think I'm saying. The post I responded to said "Buy one early pre-board then have that person go hold the seats." She had no problem with the line or the boarding order. The issue was with saving me a seat. Everyone saw the two seats beside her and tried to take them both, including the one she was holding for me (a middle seat no less). Several got quite surly when she said the one seat was saved. She'll never do it again.

so which one of the other airlines do you or your wife work for brohan take that to the bank
I actually work for a bank, so I can take it there tomorrow if you'd like.

Edit to add, my wife is retired, she works for no one. Neither of us have ever had anything to do with the airline industry. You can take that to the terminal brochacho.

There's your problem right there.  These companies put out "special" (read: lesser) versions of their products to be sold on Black Friday.  Shark move is to go in a day or two before Black Friday with knowledge of Black Friday pricing and have them match that price on models they already have on their floors.  They are looking to move product to make room for the Black Friday junk anyways, so you're likely to get a good deal.

I did this for a Toshiba TV that's running strong after 6+ years of a lot of use.
Actually I am pretty sure the best time of year to buy televisions is now. I've seen some amazing deals in 2018 TVs.

Saving a middle seat, while frowned upon, is not a big deal. But saving a window or opposite aisle seat doesn't fly.

They got surly because seat saving is against the rules. They usually announce it when boarding the flight.

So then you agree the post I responded to, "Buy one pass for $12.50 to board earlier than the rest and problem solved", is a bad idea. And I totally get it. That one middle seat she was holding for me was some prime real estate. But the solution is easy, I fly on airlines where my seat is reserved and I don't have to worry about it. Problem solved.

Dyson.  I bought a brand new right out of the box, it didn't work.  Exchanged it for another one, ran good for two weeks then died   would never buy another one.
I had a similar experience with Dyson vacs.  I got one--didn't work--I exchanged it for another.  The second one lasted maybe 6 weeks before it died.  Sent that back and went with an Oreck.  Have been using the Oreck for years and not one issue yet.

I can’t speak to the overall quality of all Logitech products (lack of experience), but their remotes can go hump themselves.

If anyone has an alternative suggestion, I’m all ears - they seem to have the market cornered.
