I like it here. It’s my type of place. I wouldn’t want to play for anyone else. The Colts [who were 13-0 at the time], I would rather play here this year with a 3-10 record than to be with the Colts right now. The XXXXX, they’ve been good to me and I appreciate them.
If you know who said this and when, then please don't respond.

I have no idea who this is, but it simply sounds like someone who has come into the NFL and whatever team he is with - he appreciates the way they have treated him and most likely the way they run things in general. It doesn't neccesarily mean he's a "classy" and "loyal" team player, but I wouldn't say he's simply collecting a paycheck either.

There should be a 3rd choice that says, "Can't say either way from this quote", but with the two choices that are there I guess I'd go with the first one.

Sounds like it's about loyalty.Of course some might argue that the "been good to me" means "they've paid me well", but isn't that a part of a team being good to you? Paying a player what they are worth and keeping them on a team where he is a fan favorite?

I'd also have to go with the unlisted "Can't Say Either Way" option. Tone of voice might make a difference. But I can interpret it pretty equally as going either way.

Loyal but most concerned about collecting the check.
