What each state does best (1 Viewer)

I do like sweet potatoes

It must have been pretty difficult to find something that Alabama was best at. Most concealed carry licenses? Yikes.
oh, great. my wife will be thrilled to move there.

I'm a little confused how Nebraska has the most houses with indoor plumbing.
Me too.
Most of these statistics are likely per capita.
So most indoor plumbing houses are in Lincoln?
I have no idea. Do a lot of people vacation in Nebraska?
Don't know. I just know the capita of Nebraska is Lincoln.
Omaha! (it's somewhere in middle America)
Ummm, what? Lincoln is the capita of Nebraska, not Omaha.
Capita or capital? I believe Omaha has a larger capita.
You two Debbie Downers sure know how to kill a stupid joke.
You need to take this board more seriously.

Nebraska has to produce the most beef per capita, but I'll settle for the plumbing.

We are the best snow scoopers also. Screw you Iowa!

That's gotta be per capita.
Definitely, but still a bit surprising.
I interpreted it as "Most (> 50% of) houses in Nebraska have indoor plumbing", and that was the best thing about Nebraska, not that it was better than other states.
Definitely, but still a bit surprising.

Why yikes? In most if not all areas that "allow" concealed carry, crime goes down.

Criminals don't know who is or is not armed, and are more careful.

As the famous saying goes, "An armed society is a polite society."

CT is known for twins? I'm not sure if there's subtle humor at work there, or what?

Land of Steady Habits. That's our motto.
