Lethal Weapon for me hands down. Braveheart may have been his best movie, but the first thing I think of when I see him is Lethal Weapon. Same with Danny Glover too.

Anyone like Conspiracy Theory?

What Women Want wanders off into romantic comedy land too much in the latter half, but Gibson's on screen charisma and humor is on full display in the first half of that movie.  If I am flipping around and the early part of that movie is on, I will usually watch for a while.  Marisa Tomei looking good in that helps a lot, too (as opposed to Helen Hunt, who is gross).

I voted braveheart, while max and Riggs are great characters and fun movies to watch they don't have a soliloquy like in braveheart.

Upon some reflection, I like him best in the 2nd half of lethal weapon 5.

Mad Max.

Spawned entire genre of movies. Went from unknown Aussie actor to superstar while making them.

Braveheart is a great, and comically inaccurate movie.

Voted Lethal Weapon.  Can't fault anyone voting Braveheart and Mad Max.

One of my favorites from him is The Man without a Face.
