Correct. End of thread. Doesn't mean he will not have a TD or good yardage on any given day but picking that day vs a day where he does not score and finishes with minimal yardage is anybody's guess.
Meaningless. Knile Davis has proven he can play, and while Charles will still get the lion's share of the RB touches when he is healthy, I think Davis has earned himself a handful or two of touches per game from this point forward.
Obviously very high value - even higher to Charles owners. One could easily argue that if you own both Charles and Davis, Davis is the second most valuable asset you have after Charles himself.
ETA: for dynasty/keeper purposes, he also has a lot of value given that you have to figure Charles will eventually fade after the next few years. And he would be a great bargaining chip if you don't own Charles.
I'd value Davis over the likes of Ridley. I'm not a Charles owner but I dropped Ridley for Davis. Even if he get's a handful of carries it's still better the Ridley's minimal points.
The problem with Davis is that you won't know he is RB2/RB3 worthy until the game is actually being played. If the Chiefs are well ahead or trailing by a bunch, then Davis gets a solid amount of work. But based on the limited touches he'll get in a competitive game, its a crapshoot what he does with them.
IMO, he's akin to starting Sproles....some days you'll look like a genius, others you'll look like a fool. And a the end of the season, when you look at their bodies of work, they'll be solid RB2s, and you'll scratch your head wondering why they weren't in your lineup more often.
