Also, Nase, we had a casualty in your shipment.I did get:Double SimcoeStoudt's IPASouthern TierThe other one did not make it, and I couldn't even tell what it was. Other than a mess of broken glass, shredded label, plastic bubble wrap, and soaked box. The DHL guy delivered the box in a plastic bag. He asked what was in it, but I told him that "plausible deniability" for him is a good thing in this instance.Looking forward to trying the survivors though. Have not had any of them.

Pretty sure it's the cleaning guy on the TV infomercials. The one with Oxy Clean or whatever.

Ever since that first very expensive shipment to Duckboy, I've tried to skimp on shipping which means fitting as much as I possible can in a box. Just ask Heck how many CMS I squeezed into the edge of the DL Day box.Sorry for the mess. It was another Southern Tier. Was the one in tact the bomber or the 12 oz.? Either are replaceable. And no fret, you'll get yours soon.

Anyone know if it's common for PHPbb hosts to just stop doing business? Seems to me that a basically all-ad based business like that would be subject to lots of sites going under once their load got too large. If they can't successfully monetize their visitor eyeballs (read: ads and donations in this case) then seems to me that they would soon go under as their server needs grow. Wonder if that's what is happening and/or happened with our BTG host? Can't even get onto their root website to contact them, which I could do last time this happened for more than a day or two. They were migrating to new servers that last time. So :crossingfingers: maybe that's the case this time. Otherwise, we'll be SOL possibly. :banned:

The 12oz'er was the casualty. Not worried about the bottle. And no need to ship a lonely 12oz bottle either. I've got plenty with what you sent already, so it's all good.

:11: is a phpbb website and still running.. I am sure they have tons of servers, but they are not going under.
Do they host it themselves, or at another site? Our issue has always been we are held hostage to the host site. Which sucks. Hopefully we can fix that soon, and if we can fix it and migrate the current board over that's the perfect solution. We'll see. Another week of this and I think we can obviously start mourning the passing of the first iteration of the BTG message board. I hope I am proven wrong soon though.

Skye, I think it's time you think about selling a bottle or two.
I never understood how these beers are any different than any other ageable beer.
They aren't ageable...not for the most part.I think they are just rare. I wonder what number out there is...
I see. So these will just never be opened..or maybe opened and poured down a drain and the bottle put in display..yes...I see.

By 1212 they will NOT be drinkable...but thats not going to stop me from selling them.

Yeah, $600 for a rare bottle. :banned: what's the name of that hot long legged chick from WWE? longboardlife.com

sky> Gomez signed for a package this AM. Please let me know if it got there in tact. Thanks.

tt> What was your trade with midlifec on BA? He says he has a bottle of Kuhnhenn Rasp Eisbock for trade.

What would be an even trade for a bottle of KRE? An Alesmith beer?
