What kind of beer is everyone drinking tonight? (3 Viewers)

Drake's Imperial Stout

I believe this is from Fro from a little while ago in exchange for the Kty Breakfast Stout shipment. Interesting bottle with the little ceramic top and all. Pours black as motor oil and has all the appealing smell of burnt rye and such. It's just sitting there.....daring me to drink. As Nancy Reagan said, "Just say Yes!"

Oh, I had the Maharaja this past weekend.:####:
Recognize. It's Smuttnose IPA, then Majaraja, then everything else.
Big Red ####### XOh, yeah, I had your Scotch Ale tonight too. Good stuff. Not as much malt as I expected to get from the style though. Not sure why. Just didn't have that funky caramel/malt thingy going on that I've had in other versions.

BTG is really dead? :bag:
I'm sure it'll be back soon. Then go down again.
Yeah, I am losing confidence in our phpbb site.
Rounding up donations for the imdb board? :(
Is your problem the web host or the PHPBB? Try switching to SMB, I could help with the conversion if you need it. Also, if its a hosting thing, whoever is running it, PM me and I can help there also.
I've been doing quite a bit of learning in the past week about new online stuff. Just discovered RSS for one and XML. I will take a look at this over the next few days when I have the opportunity.
I really REALLY like this part. Didn't even cross my mind with the old board but an absolute must in the future.

Thanks for the can, TT. I don't think saisons are quite my style yet. I haven't had one in ages but change of pace is always a good thing.
That one isn't your normal saison. It's a strange hybrid of Saison/tripel/Belgian Golden imo.
I'm so inexperienced with those styles that I couldn't tell the difference. Oh, no Two Hearted in the box but no worries, the rest of the box looks stellar.

Yeah, the phpBB board should be running on MySQL to and have a similar option, but I think the holdup here is the limitation of the free site maybe? You should have a backend to the MySQL DB where you could perform SQL backups etc..

It was a 22oz. I traded with the brewer to get the Cruella. He also got me the BA Old Salty.

well since BTGs seems to be :deadbanana: I'll ask my question here...

I'm looking to buy a small beer cooler to store beer in (we don't have basements or cellars 'round dees parts to store our beer in) and all I can find are wine coolers. I thought I had read somewhere that beer should be kept upright and not laying down like most wine coolers are made.

A. Does it matter if you store beer on its side for a long period of time?

B. Would a small fridge work just as well?
