That isn't a fair representation of the beer though. I must figure this out so that I don't make people think this is a "drinkable" beer.Check on BA. There was a guy that shipped out the Plineys that he hand bottled. Somebody said that he used CO2 when he bottled? Maybe? Take this with a grain of salt, because I know nothing about home brewing. Either way, thanks for the Masala. It was still good and very drinkable. That sucksOK, I had this earlier. Very good and very unique taste for an IPA, but .... it was nearly flat by the time it got to me. I'm not going to review it on BA just because I'm sure I wasn't getting the true experience.Just letting you know.I'll let you know how mine turned out too.Well, I bottled another bomber of the Masala Mama when I sent the BIF beer on monday. I am going to let it sit for at least two weeks to see how it keeps. If it still tastes great, then I think that would be the best way to ship it going forward.I've heard they should be good for about 7-10 days unopened. Once you crack the seal you should drink it within 2 days. How long does a growler stay good?Going to have to find a better way to ship this.
