I liked Doom, but it's not something I'd want on a regular basis. I think I lose more interest in the boozebombs every year.

It's not really any stronger than BB or any other DIPA. They are very strong but quite delicious.

I'm out in Moab, Utah for the weekend, and I've been drinking a lot of Squatters Hop Rising double IPA from Salt Lake City. I've been enjoying it. It has a really nice fresh, citrus/grapefruit hop flavor and very smooth for 9% ABV.

Also been drinking some Oskar Blues Ten Fidy imperial stout that I brought from Denver. That stuff is great. Great dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, and roasted malt flavor with a velvety smooth and creamy mouthfeel.

Also an imperial stout from Epic Brewing in Salt Lake City, but was not particularly impressed. It alright, but overall forgettable.

ETA- It's unbelievable out here in Utah going to restaurants where every beer on draft is 3.5% ABV. Thankfully, places have had higher ABV beers in bottles. I refuse to pay for a 3.5% ABV beer. Might as well be drinking O'Doul's.
