World Cup starts tomorrow!!!! I have a half-day on Monday so I can go watch USA-CZE at 11am Central. Going to watch it at an English brewpub downtown. Can not wait!
Also looking forward to the Sat and Sun games. Gives me an excuse to whittle down my beer supply starting at 11am.

I think it was in this thread, but someone mentioned that this brewery is hit or miss, and I would have to agree. The Double Simcoe though, is the best thing I have seen out of the brewery.I was diggin' the Double Simcoe the other day. Definitely a brewery making serious strides.Double Simcoe IPA.
Had a Rogue Integrity IPA (limited release). A 100% amarillo IPA, with a pretty pail malt backbone. Still very good, and shows off the hops well.

Bump for Wingnut now that it looks like he is online.So, I was going through some of my old stuff and found tasting menu from the 2003 Real Ale Festival in Chicago that I went to. Thought it would be interesting to see what was there. This was towards the beginning of my entry into craft beer, so I really didn't know what to make sure to taste or anything. Also I am sure my taste buds have changed a ton. I made no tasting notes except next to Rogue Smoke I wrote "worst beer ever". That must have been the beer that I thought tasted like fish way back when that turned me off of smoked beers.
