I really wish I had any control over it at all. Being Admin doesn't mean I can do much of anything about this. I tried to fill out the service form, but I don't have all the info that they are looking for in it. Maybe NG does.

Yeah, I have done a PhpBB to SMF move in the past, its a nice forum software for free IMO. The last move I did, I was only concerned with moving the data, there are scripts and processes to help with that, I didnt move any users, but it should be easy enough to take that extra step.
