I've won four FF championships.

Absolutely no comparison to the day the Lions beat Cowboys in the playoffs. I had waited 29 years for that day.

21 years I've been waiting for another day like that.

Not even close. IRL SB all the way.

"favorite" team is the one I bet on any particular week, followed by my 3 fantasy squads. That's it.Cut and dried.
I pretty much am the same way for all sports with the exception of the Boston Celtics in basketball. The Texans are my favorite football team but mostly for the players (Andre and Arian) then anything else (I don't live in Houston or anything). I mean hell, I just bet against them last night lol. I just love football and the league in general, I appreciate all the talent and am entertained by any game that has players going at it for me (or against me).

How could you not vote for a superbowl if your a true fan of your team? Being a Vikings fan, the answer is a no brainer. In fact, I'd give up all our Twins world series victories for one super bowl.
I would quit playing fantasy for the rest of my life if that would deliver a Vikes SB win.

Both are just forms of entertainment. The NFL keeps inching closer to professional wrestling territory with it's commercialization, free agency, big dollar contracts, rule changes, market saturation, etc. etc. So it just keeps getting tougher and tougher to identify with one team.

10 years ago, I could not have imagined that I would not care if the Packers won or lost. But, there I was Sunday pulling for Andrew Luck to throw another TD pass simply because he is my QB in my money keeper league.

I would quit fantasy football if Dallas could pull out one superbowl but that's highly unlikely haha. Ooh how I hate being a cowboys fan!
You are either still in your teens, fishing, or not very smart. Which is it?
24, so needless to say the last time they were in the superbowl I was 8 and now that I am a, football fanatic I would love to not go thru the get your hopes up and crush your dreams every year, not quite sure how that would be fishing. I know they used to be dominant but not when I was truly into the game, whether they have won 10 or 0 super bowls I would still always take Dallas over my fantasy teams

Fantasy team, no question. It's MY team. I drafted it. I made all the decisions affecting it. I have a personal investment into it , both time and effort wise, as well as monetarily.

The Colts? I hope they do well, but if they do, they do, if they don't, they don't.

It's my fantasy team a 100 times out of a 100.

I don't get the people voting for their fantasy team...that is sad. Although, maybe certain football towns aren't as heavily invested into their teams. Who Dat.

Incorrect. What's sad is thinking that you can tell other people the way they should enjoy the NFL product. I could just as easily point out how sad it is to spend your life emotionally invested in a logo.

That's funny 'cause I wasn't gonna say it, but I think much the same way of those who chose their "real" teams, but instead I'll leave it at a "to each their own". You will never see me own a jersey for instance. Maybe a t-shirt or baseball hat, but that's about it.
