Nah. I do most of my grocery shopping at Target and use their Red Card, which knocks 5% off the cost.

Nope but we don't really use grocery stores much. The bulk of our purchases are online and picked up via Walmart or Target. Will get meat and some other minor stuff at Sprouts.

Digital only. Our local chain here, New Seasons, is like a Whole Foods. Pricey, but good quality, etc. They typically send out 15 to 20% off offers if you spend $30, $40, etc. and then will then give departmental discounts from time to time. I don't need to do anything except accept the offer on my phone and then enter my phone number at checkout.

No, but I shop sales at publix. Only buy cereal, peanut butter, ketchup and that type of stuff when it's bogo. I only buy meat and soda when there is a sale.

Absolutely. People who don't use coupons are like people who don't take advantage of their employer's 401k match. It is free money.
