What is the status with Adrian Peterson(Min)?

Is he going to play? How is his shoulder? Is he doing surgery? has he done anything pre seaon?

will play, won't start, has looked great in preseason and better than CT. He makes a good RB3/Flex start and a shaky RB2 start.

my thoughts are that the carries will draw even about week 2-3 and then AP will start seeing the slight majority about weeks 5-7. If he drastically improves the Minny run game when he is in then he should be seeing about 65% by week 8-9. However, he not only has to play really well but CT needs to play badly.

Hey Turf Toe, I think when people are telling you to use the search function they are actually trying to help. This is a free forum with some great threads but it appears you just want someone to give you the "commercial"...and that's fine but I think you would be best served to get an FBG subscription as they will have everything you want well organized and easy to find, just flip a switch and all the info you need is right there to make an intelligent decision.

The SHark Pool is to share info and while we don't mind giving our opinions, we also like the folks that contribute back.

How can you assume that? I didn't think the question or topic was beneath me, however when you took a dump on a couple of the posters who are simply trying to point you in the right direction...what do you think you are going to be met with on here? What are you trying to accomplish at that point? It almost seems like you are looking for a fight...

FYI there is a new thread on AD pretty much every day here and I have posted in almost all of them because it is a subject that greatly interests me.

A lot of time and research has gone into several of the posts in those threads. To give a half arsed response to your extremly lazy and uninteresting question (despite the great material for the topic) would pale in comparison to previous posts.

Thus the talk about your cave dwelling being the most intruiging part of discussion here.

Great post. It's about the 3rd AP topic I've posted in this past week alone. Every day 2 new topics start about Peterson. Seriously just read more than the first page of posts, or search before you ask newbie questions.And like I've advised in the other posts...Week1: hold off on Peterson in your lineup, unless you feel confident you can win with a possible low score from him.Week2: knowing how he played in week 1 in live NFL action and how many carries he is likely to get, PROBABLY START HIM @DETROIT, especially if Lamont Jordan carves up the Lions in week1.Executive Summarylay Peterson in week 2,3 & 4. Wait until his tough games after the bye, then resume playing him.
