When do we here about who was running with first team offense in Denve (1 Viewer)

No Slight against Lammey but they are already talking about Denver splitting the RB reps - Hillman will get the bigger share of the pie but he's not going to get 20 touches.

Ball is a good desperation play especially against KC........

I think the bolded remains to be seen. It's a fluid situation and there aren't a lot (any?) of folks outside of the organization who seem to have a good idea on how it will shake out. I wouldn't expect a lot of insight until it starts to play itself out this Sunday at Camarohead.

Who is the better pass blocker or more adept at picking up the blitz of the 3? I'm sure Denver's #1 priority is to make sure Peyton stays upright, right?

Holy crap, I just looked at Moreno's game logs for every season of his NFL career.

It's like his best four fantasy games EVER are against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fox surely knows this.

First off, Fox couldn't give a rip about Moreno's fantasy numbers. 2nd - he didn't have Manning then.

Remove 'fantasy' from the equation and Moreno's best games as a pro have pretty much all been against KC.

Traded for McGahee right before kickoff last week on the heels of dealing for Big Ben two weeks prior. Needless to say I'm glad the trade deadline has come and gone for our league. That being said, leaning towards taking a flyer on Knowshon for future weeks. If Hillman struggles with pass blocking this week and Ball is what others are making him out to be (mediocre) then I think Knowshon stands a chance to get back into the mix. He's a low end investment with potential for a nice upside. Thoughts?

I was thinking "fantasy" from my perspective and real-life production from Fox's perspective.

I acquired Ball in two leagues this week. He's boring, not very dynamic, not that skilled but the Denver organization knows that if Peyton gets hurt their season is toast.

Hillman is a dynamic player but doesn't pass block very well. His size and inexperience are key reasons why he struggles in this area.

I'm certain Hillman will get a chance but the first time he screws up a blocking assignment or fumbles he'll lose touches. And if he can't pass block he probably won't be in there on passing downs. He won't get goallines, not a between the tackles runner. So I see a Jacquizz Rodgers type roll at best and Jacquizz hasn't really been startable all year.

My moneys on Lance Ball being the guy in denver.
