Dixon has had some alarming reports this week capped off by this today:

49ers RB Anthony Dixon (ankle) is listed as questionable for Week 16.
Dixon has been noticeably hobbled around team headquarters this week, so it's hard to imagine him playing a big role even if he's active against the Rams. Brian Westbrook will have no trouble leading the Niners in touches.

Anybody considering using Westbrook this week? I'm looking at his stats the last four games. Take out the Arizona game and they don't look that great. He has scored in 3 of the 4 games since Gore went down though.

but reality tells me it will be more along the 70~ combined yards with possibility of TD.
