I feel like the shark pool has this covered better than the FFA. That is sad.

Well when you can post 40 pages of drivel, of course, you probably cover it better. I've looked and there were handful of good posts with actual fact but most was just hot air by several of the same posters giving novels based on pure conjecture.

I'll take 6 pages of easily followable stuff than most of the crap in the SP.

I think in return the prosecution would argue that Mr. Hernandez thought he was destroying evidence but didn't realize the damage was done.

Just throwing this out, but if Hernandez does have a kid with the other sister, what if it turns out Hernandez found out the guy was molesting his kid and took matters into his own hands?

It's obviously a trivial charge compared to murder, but they might use it to keep him in jail long enough to develop the murder evidence if they need more time.
