Will Plaxico and Braylon turn it around? (1 Viewer)

I own both Plaxico Burress and Braylon Edwards in one of my leagues and they're killing me -- especially in PPR. Does anyone think one/both of these guys will turn it around?

I drafted or have Braylon as a keeper in several leagues and have watched almost every minute of each Cleveland game.

Braylon can not be trusted. He's a #3 at best and is on my bench now. As much as I hate to do it and have made every excuse to keep him in the starting lineup the bottom line is...

- He's 50/50 to catch a pass throw his way

- He's not going to get any help at the QB position now. Brady barely looked his way last week.

- The matchup this week is bad. @ Buffalo? Cleveland is in for a LONG Monday night.

Plaxico has a chance. He's largely been held down this year because of the constant double and triple teams, not lack of performance or QB play.

I had both of them as well..... traded them BOTH two weeks ago along with Bo Scaife...for Antonio Gates, Colston and D. Bowe in a tight end start league.So far I'm liking the deal very much. Edwards may turn out to be the bust of the year at WR.

fixed Dude has killed me this year. For the reasons mentioned above, I don't see Braylon turning it around this year. I think he'll have one more really big game and that's it. Good luck figuring out which one.

Buress on the other hand will turn it around and will have a few good games down the stretch. He is their playmaker and go to guy in the clutch. And they still have Eli throwing him the ball and a great running game to keep defenses honest.

Me too in a 16 team league. Problem is my depth isn't much better.These guys are killing me. I have to ride it out and hope for the best.

Dynasty - hope and pray they improve next year. Or trade to get them for very cheap. Hold if possible.

I love Edwards going forward..but I do not like him the rest of this year with the grooming of Quinn.

With Quinn being the started in training camp Edwards should have a good season..next year.

I owned him in two leagues. Traded him in one about 3 weeks in for Desean Jackson and a 1st rounder (Dynasty/Contract/Salary Cap league).

The guy carried my team last year when Javon Walker went down week 2 and got me a championship so I have much love the guy, but it literally pains me to watch the guy play. I've been calling him noodle fingers for weeks. Combine the noodle fingers with the alligator arms and you get the bust of the friggin year. Oh, and $3.6 million of my $32 million cap is locked into this guy this year and next....

I just traded for Cotchery and snagged Bryant off the WW. Those two and Ward will get a lot of starts while BE and Housh ride the pine.
