Will this setup work with new MFL waiver rules? (1 Viewer)

Currently we are in FCFS mode until the season starts (except for the draft, which I will insert a no add/drops allowed after our draft until a specific date and do this later.  This league processes waivers during the season then has FCFS.  This is not a blind bidding league.  After the season starts we want to lock players on Sunday at 1:00 pm (happens 16 more times), then on Tuesday morning at 7:00 am we open waivers, then we want to process those waiver requests at 8:45 pm on Wednesday nights (happens 16 more weeks), then open FCFS for the remainder of the week until Sunday at 1:00 pm.  We also want the system to automatically lock any players who's game has already played (example, Thurs or Saturday games) and prevent owners from adding those players,   Do I have my setups correct for this?

Edited:  Also needed to go to General Add/Drop setup to set   Always First Come/First Serve so it puts us in FCFS mode now and doesn't lock players who are dropped.

When I want to turn on waivers during the season I will need to remove the "Always First Come/First Serve " in the General Addr/Drop setup to  Waiver Requests For Locked Players, First Come/First Serve For Rest and also set   Players are not locked when dropped. They can be immediately picked up (subject to league's waiver rules).

Question:  if I have the setup to unlock all currently locked players on Wednesday night at 8:45 after the waivers run, any players dropped after that time are they locked?  I want complete FCFS after players are unlocked.  I believe the way to ensure this is in the General Add/Drop setups to make sure you have the setup   Players are not locked when dropped. They can be immediately picked up (subject to league's waiver rules)
